I had an outstanding experience with Nova Autoland and can’t recommend them enough. I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tacoma from them and had it shipped all the way to Ohio, and the entire process exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The shipping process was also handled smoothly, with good communication along the way. When the truck arrived, it was clear that Nova Autoland takes pride in the vehicles they sell and stands behind them. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s honest, reliable, and easy to work with—even if you’re buying from out of state—Nova Autoland is the real deal. After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Management should be proud to have someone like him representing their dealership. I will absolutely be recommending this location — and especially David — to friends and family. -Thanks David!

I’ve had the 2014 A6 TDI for theee months now and absolutely love it. I average about 33 city and 40 plus on long trips. Very comfortable, quiet, and feels so solid. Even closing the door, you can tell it is so well built by how heavy the doors are! I hope to be writing another review in 150k miles!!

2016 Audi A6 review
Initially had problems with the front brake rotors. Audi replace them twice, but did not replace the pads. Turned out the pads should have been replaced with the rotors because the pads just transferred material onto the new rotors causing the braking shimmy to return. I paid for new pads on the second rotor replacement - problem solved. Audi could have saved money (and saved me money) by just replacing the pads and rotors the first time. After this, the car was great. Very comfortable, and quick. Gas mileage was very good - about 19 MPG in town and over 30 MPG highway with the 6 -Cyl. due to cylinder cutout when crusing.

2017 Audi A6 review
I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.

2016 Audi A6 review
Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

2013 Audi A6 review
Very reliable family sedan that is also fun to drive. The quatro (All wheel drive) is very help full on winter roads in the mountain. Roomy comfortable interior with ample room for adults in the back seat as well. Like the bluetooth to stream music, Pandora etc. Hands free phone connection.

It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

2013 Audi A6 review
This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.
2021 Audi A6 review
Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.
