Fast, friendly and honest! They really worked hard to make me feel welcomed. I love my new car
2018 Audi A7 review
We purchased this Audi while it still has several months and miles of warranty. We drove about 600 mile round trip to pick it up from the Jaguar/Range Rover dealer in Indianapolis. The sales person was super and the transactions only took 15 minutes because I had prepaid for the car. The drive home gave me a chance to appreciate all of the safety features. My last car was a 2015 S550 4matic, fully loaded. The only thing that the Audi does not have is night vision compared to the S550. The Audi is not as tight as the Mercedes but that may be because it is a hatchback. I did not know if I would like that, but it really is nice to have so much available room in the trunk. I would recommend to anyone.

2016 Audi A7 review
My third Audi, and after my 2018, I looked at the newest 7 generation and couldn't pull the trigger, because, honestly the 2016 and 2017 Audi 7 series are netter.... they may be greatest cars Audi ever built. Mine was a one owner creampuff with only 62K in its previous 9 years. While the largest (Audi 8 series) sedan is also great, the BMW 7 and Mercedes s 600 can match that Audi 8.... BUT....the Audi 7 series, on the other hand is in a class to itself. Unmatched body style, pure sex.... neither the BMW 6 series, or the Mercedes C class, or the Porsche Pan can come close...none could ever equal it since it showed up in 2010.. My 2016 has zero issues whatsoever. aesthetic, electronical or mechanically. The 3.0 Supercharged engine may be the best engine Audi ever made. The 8 speed is flawless and IMO better than the double clutch update. It's simply smoother. Like any grand tourer, ya gotta take care of it and it will drive forever. Incredible comfort, amazingly quiet, and a supercharged 340 hp monster. Was 80K new... I spent 20k on a car better than the 2025 model. Best buy for the buck in the world. May be my last car I ever own. Heart and soul.

Audi SarasotaReviews
Audi Sarasota review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tom at Audi Sarasota! Over the weekend, I was visiting my dad in Tampa when I came across a Mustang GT online that matched the specs of one I had been searching for back home in Texas. I reached out to Audi Sarasota and had the pleasure of speaking with Tom, who invited my dad and me to come down and take a look at the Mustang. From beginning to end, the entire experience was seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. There were no surprise dealer add ons or last minute games. The advertised price was the price you paid, plus the normal dealer documentation fee and taxes. That alone was refreshing! Even better, the Mustang was exactly as described online and on Cars.com. The car was mint, clearly well cared for, and there were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. When it came time for financing, Jake was also amazing to work with. He was extremely transparent throughout the process, helped us secure financing, and handled the additional details needed to register the vehicle out of state in Texas. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. Tom went above and beyond even after the sale. Since I needed the Mustang shipped from Florida to Texas, he helped coordinate the transportation and continually checked in to make sure the pickup was scheduled correctly. Once the vehicle was loaded, Tom even sent me pictures of the Mustang and the transport truck and kept me updated throughout the process. That level of communication and follow through made buying a vehicle from another state incredibly easy. What really stood out was how personable everyone was. Tom, Jake and James at Audi Sarasota even gave my dad and I some restaurant recommendations while we were in the area! It felt much more like dealing with people who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience than simply completing another car sale. This was easily one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases I've had. If you're looking for a vehicle at Audi Sarasota, ask for Tom. Between his communication, transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to help before, during, and after the sale, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tom, Jake, James, and the entire Audi Sarasota team! Highly recommended.

We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. Highly recommend this service department.

Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.

JBA Motors, LLCReviews
JBA Motors, LLC review
I recently had the pleasure of working with JBA dealership, and I must say, they have truly exceeded my expectations when it comes to communication and customer service. Right from the first phone call, it was evident that JBA dealership values their customers and places a high priority on clear and effective communication. Despite not being physically present, I felt like I was receiving personalized attention and guidance throughout the entire process. What sets JBA dealership apart is their exceptional communication skills. They were always just a phone call away, promptly answering my inquiries and addressing any concerns I had. They made sure I was well-informed about all aspects of my vehicle. Their ability to convey information clearly and patiently is truly commendable. Despite the distance, they managed to make me feel like a valued customer. They were flexible with scheduling phone appointments, and they were always proactive in reaching out with updates and progress reports. This level of dedication to keeping the customer informed and involved is a testament to their commitment to excellent service. While my experience with JBA dealership was entirely over the phone, I can confidently say that their customer service and communication skills are second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a dealership that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
