After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. In fact, everyone that I dealt with, Collin (Sales Manager) and Peter (Finance) were absolutely professional. I found the vehicle my wife wanted and traveled from the Inland Empire to make my purchase at Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa, so that says something about both my tenacity and the overall professional and amiable experience with this dealership. Thanks to all of you for providing one of the best experiences in car-buying that my family has had in over forty years of car-buying.
2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. 2021 Audi Q3 review

Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!
2022 Audi Q3 review
I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

2021 Audi Q3 review
I traded in my 2018 Q3 for a new 2021 Q3. The vehicle has lots of standard upgrades and a new cool design. The vehicle is approximately 4 inches bigger than my 2018 and it’s just enough for my lifestyle.
