I was looking at a used car so after emailing them, I spoke with the sales person who told me a lot of people are interested so they needed to know right then if I wanted it or not. I had to bring my car in to see the trade in price immediately. After seeing my car, they offered a lot less then I wanted, so I said I'd get back to them that night. The manager said take your time. They emailed soon after and said it had been sold.
This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.
Buying a new car is typically something I don't look forward to. Working with sales specialist Don Kim and General Sales Manager Rui Tome ,this was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences I've had when buying a new car.
These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.

11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. My purchase turned out to be a very smooth experience. I can only hope that all car salespersons will one day follow his lead. Vic
I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from Town Audi. There was a miscommunication about some work that would be done before I picked up the car. Janet Feliciano, the general manager, gave me the benefit of the doubt and at her expense made sure I was 100 percent satisfied. You don't see that sort of thing so much these days and it really made a big difference to me, couldn't be happier with my experience
Went to check out a used Audi Q7. Also test drove a 2018 Audi Q7. Levani was our salesperson and he was excellent very knowledge and kind and worked with us in every way. Unfortunately we did not buy but if going to Audi Manhattan ask for him.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Got a 2018 Audi A4 Premium Plus a week ago. Best experience I've had with a dealership!
