My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! Last week I took my MDX in for service and left with a RDX! I took service I could replace my MDX if I could find an Acura for xx number of dollars and my car. While the MDX was serviced, they appraised it. Isaac went to work and showed me a gorgeous RDX. The price? $100 below my budget! Isaac and Russ made in happen....no pressure! The service dept is just as awesome. Tony and the guys had serviced my MDX for over 6 yrs. This is my 4th Acura. The last 2 I had over 10 yrs each! I'll never go to a different dealer! 2018 Audi Q5 review
Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!
