Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!
2020 Audi Q5 review
The Q5 just does most things right. Fuel economy runs about 18-19 in town and 30 highway (4-Cyl.) Acceleration is very strong. Very comfortable and steering response is typical Audi - not numb but not overly strong feed road feel either - better than our previous BMW X3. Seems to have less storage in the cabin than the X3. Owned for just over 1 year. Reliability has been good. Foot sensing hatch opener can be finicky at times but no other problems. No rattles or other issues. Lane keeping is not as good as Mercedes E-class but gets the job done.

Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I never left a review for anyone that I’ve ever bought a car from. For the car that I was looking for nothing was in my area of Michigan. After two years of searching. I found a mini at TAB Auto Brokers in Chicago. Even though it’s a 4 1/2 hour drive it was worth the effort to go and get. Before I left I tried driving my mini Cooper on my trailer to make sure I would have no problems loading the new one, which was a no go. Tried my friend Dolly and the front bumper / spoiler didn’t agree with it either. On a friend’s advice I decided to take a $45 train ride a $20 Uber to get to TAB auto brokers. The people that are out of state buying a car this is the perfect solution. Todd the owner of TAB Auto Group he was very upfront about the history of the car. He also did a video conference with me showing me every inch of the car. In the short time that I talked with Todd about the car He completely removed all the doubts and concerns that I had about the car and his character. I actually finally found a Used car salesman that I actually like and trust. When my wife needs a new vehicle, I will definitely be contacting Todd and taking another trip to Chicago. Well worth the 4 1/2 hour train ride.
