With God's and Mia's help I was able to purchase a 2015 Ford Focus. Thank you again Mia for being an excellent salesperson. I will definitely recommend CarMax to my friends.

Southwest KiaReviews
Southwest Kia review
Our Salesperson was Stephanos. My husband had been looking for a particular Cadillac. We had been to other dealerships that had the one he wanted but was disappointed. My husband seen the Cadillac on Southwest Kia webpage and called about it. He spoke with Stephanos who gave him all the details of the vehicle and even sent him a detailed video. My husband had informed Stephanos about his previous experience and how we have been traveling to far to be disappointed. Stephanos assured my husband that he would not be disappointed. My husband told Stephanos we will be there Friday(7/17/26). We arrived at the dealership Stephanos greeted us and showed us the car. The car was excellent just as Stephanos had told my husband. My husband was very pleased. Stephanos made our purchase a smooth transition and enjoyable. Thank you Stephanos

The man that helped me was the best ever. He was super nice and funny and helped my vehicle get fixed in a timely manner so I could get to my class on time! Park Place Lexus GrapevineReviews
Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!
