Mercedes-Benz of RaleighReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh review
I had a beautiful client experience. When I walked in the door of the dealership, I asked for an African-American sales person. The gigantic surprise is that not only was I directed to an African-American in sales, but the sales person also happened to be a woman: Mrs. Jenine Parham. BINGO! Double-Minority in sales, a domain dominated by Caucasian Men. Jenine is not window dressing; she is EXCELLENT! Jenine treated me like royalty. Jenine determined my purchase criteria and immediately identified two vehicles that checked all of my boxes. She responded to all of my questions and concerns, no matter how relevant, or not! No detail was too small for Jenine to address and resolve. She is intelligent and had product knowledge. If she did not have an answer, Jenine quickly found one through research or escalation. I may not have gotten everything I wanted in the vehicle of my choice, including a lower price-point, but I felt that Jenine and her team struggled to meet me half-way with a sufficient compromise for my asks. In the end, I basked in a heightened sense of happy accomplishment -- and relief -- as I drove my vehicle off the lot with a smile on my face and a skip in my heart.
2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Audi Raleigh review
I was looking for a car for the past two months. But not just any car I was looking for a Lexus. My daughter came across one at Audi of Raleigh and called. with in a minute of her sending me the information, I got a text from Mariam with information about the car. She was friendly informative and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with her and from day one I knew I was in good hands. My experience with Mariam is one I would want everyone that is in the process of look for or buying a car. I am a satisfied, happy customer all because of her. If you looking for an Audi or any other vehicle stop by Audi of Raleigh and ask for Mariam you will have a great experience .

Audi Raleigh review
I had an outstanding experience with Audi Raleigh from start to finish, and I especially want to recognize my salesperson, Jay Furca. Jay was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. From the beginning, Jay took the time to answer my questions, explain the vehicle, and make sure I felt confident in my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience feel elevated and customer-focused. I also had a very positive experience in the finance office. The process was clear, organized, and professional, with no pressure or uncomfortable sales tactics. Everything was explained in a straightforward way, and I felt respected throughout the entire financing process. The entire Audi Raleigh team delivered the level of service you would expect from a luxury brand. Jay’s professionalism and the smooth, no-pressure experience made this a truly excellent car-buying experience. I am thrilled with my Audi and would highly recommend Audi Raleigh, and especially Jay Furca, to anyone looking for a premium vehicle and exceptional service.

The sales rep had the car waiting, and we took it for a ride while he gave me a complete history of the car. There was no high pressure sales and the price was exactly as advertised. I don’t know what my next car might be, but I hope it’s with the same dealer and sales agent!

Modern Toyota on Peters Crk Pkwy is truly awesome. I have had quite a few services done there and my last one March 1 was no different. Reno Voss and team were super friendly, professional, honest, and kept me updated on several large issues needing to be done to my 2017 Tacoma...It now runs like a new one and was done in such a timely manner...I recommend this family owned business to EVERYONE!!! I will buy from them anytime...Thank you Reno!!!

Matt and Catalina were very professional and friendly. They did not stop until i was satisfied due to my bad experience in servicing with my Touareg. They made sure i was happy and drove away in a brand new Tiguan. Thanks to Matt Seyfert for giving me V.I.P. treatment, and many thanks to Catalina Dizon for being thoughtful friendly and very professional by getting Matt involved when she learned the situation.

CarMax South Boulevard review
I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

Town & Country Ford review
Ali was an exceptional Salesman. The car buying process can be so miserable with pushy salesmen and lack of transparency. I?m not sure most Salesmen realize that being honest and genuine person goes much further. I hope Town and Country Ford realizes what a gem they have with Ali on their team.
2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.
