I can’t say enough good things about buying a vehicle from this dealership. The sales people were all tied up, so I dealt directly with Leo and Frank who are managers. They were wonderful about everything and knew the history of the pre-owned vechile that I purchased. They have this supreme coffee machine which was confusing to work but the best coffee I ever had. And the little time that I had to wait, their facilities were so nice and clean that it made it enjoyable. Thank you again and I love my Q5!

Had a Q5 2023 and 1 month after purchase car was a lemon. Audi Corp USA were of no help and very disappointing but Audi WPB were extremely helpful sorting the issue. They provided a loaner for 3 months while Audi Corp took there time. Finally a deal was sorted for a trade in for All road 2024- Audi WPB went up and beyond to help me out.

Audi Devon review
My wife and I had a great experience last weekend purchasing a car from Audi Devon. We were assisted throughout the process by a knowledgeable, courteous salesman, Cliff Corum, who helped us with the selection, answered our questions and handled all the details involved in trading in and purchasing a car from Audi Devon. Cliff provided putstanding customer service in an efficient and personal way. Also, Nathan Weisser, Finance Manager, handled the documentation and paperwork in a pleasant and professional manner. In just 24 hours, we drove away with a great A8L of our choice. Thanks to Cliff, Nathan and the entire Audi Devon team for a fantastic job well done! Gordon and Pat

Audi Coral Springs review
There is not enough room to express my admiration and appreciation for this facility. What could've been a stressful and catastrophic event was seamless, smooth, and professional. My AC failed mid-summer after relocating from another state. Audi Coral Springs quickly scheduled my visit, diagnosed the issue, and made repairs in less than 24 hours. They returned my car with a complimentary wash and check-up on all other systems. This event made committed me as a life-long Audi customer.

The service department is the best one I have been to. Far superior to the Mercedes Benz dealership I had used for many years before switching to Audi automobiles. Diana Giraldo is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. Will highly recommend. Thank you so much for all you did for us. Next time (or may be another life) we will stop by to purchase that gorgeous yellow Ferrari. For now, we are very happy with our beautiful and safe Tesla.

Like my husband said Buying a vehicle these days can be challenging, with so many options, competing offers, and potential hidden fees. Audi Henderson made the experience straightforward, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Special thanks to Diego Martinez-Pardo for his professionalism and excellent service. Well deserved 5 stars!

Prompt, courteous and thorough reception and service by all employees. The spend time answering any questions I have. I purchased my car at Bellevue Audi and recently returned for the 12 month service. Both visits have been exceptional and my car is always returned to me freshly washed.

Alexis was excellent at communicating with me thru the whole process. I am assuming the tune-up workmanship was good; certainly I?ll know with time. Only complaint - the 2% surcharge paying by credit card. Really Autonation? That is nickel and diming your customers. Tarnished the great customer service (tho I blame Alexis none whatsoever).
