My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Norwell, and we love it! We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

Luis, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful as well. He made the whole process seamless, keeping me updated on the status of the repair and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated how easy he made the whole experience. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the repair. Had general service done on my A5. Chase the service rep was kind, attentive and a good communicator. He took care of the car service needs and ensured I was comfortable while waiting for the car.

Jose was great. So friendly and easy to work with. No pressure. He wants you to feel great and will do anything he can for you. Tyler and Chris were great too! Alex is also very reasonable and also does not apply high pressure.
