New 2016 Audi Q5 TDI
Purchased a new 2016 Audi Q5 Diesel that was recently released after the EPA approved Audi's "fix".
The vehicle is very refined and has lot's of power.
It does suffer from significant turbo lag post fix, however, the power and fuel economy compensates for the turbo lag.
Best measured tank is 34 mpg and worst is 26 mpg. Technology is dated or missing compared to 2018 compact mainstream suvs, but the refinement makes up for it.
Just purchased Range Rover from Dan. Purchased this vehicle sight unseen. Dan sent very accurate close-up pictures of the Rover. After agreeing on a price, Dan arranged covered transport and rig sent to our front door. I had a couple of small issues after the sale and they were very quick to resolve them. It was a very smooth and seamless transaction. Great customer service!!!! We will be doing business with Grand Prix Motors again.

i own this car now for 3 months ,it drives great looks great , gets up to 30 mpg also it goes pretty fast ,at this moment has aroung 100900

We lost two vehicles to Hurricane Erma in 2017, a F-150 and an Audi A4.
In need of a new vehicle we opted for a Certified 2016 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. The performance is not as good as the A4, but the Q5 is more useful, since we have only one vehicle instead of two. The Q5 had 23000 miles, and came with 6 yr 100,000 mi extended warranty. We have had for over a year and all is well we have no problems, save for the 35,000 mi service and 2 recall repairs.
5,000 mile gratis service. Investigate a couple of issues.

Edward Swift was attentive and professional. He demonstrated concern for the two issues I presented. As this was only an oil change and inspection, there isn't much to relay. Having access to a new Audi service loaner was a pleasant bonus. As was having my vehicle returned shiny clean and vacuumed. In summary, I felt pampered by the Audi Wilsonville service department and I would recommend them to any Audi owner.

I love my Q5. It has all of the features that you would expect from an Audi, and it definitely had the power when you ask it to go.

Great room for family and great to drive comfortably. Wanted the car to have light color interior and it was tan and white car exterior. Great car for the family.
Kyle, Joel and Riley are the dream team of car salesmen. They were all incredibly friendly, eager to help and great at what they did. They were able to get me the best deal for my trade in, made test driving and financing easy and were very open and honest through out the entire transaction. Just bought a car from here yesterday and felt I had to share our experience... It started with Meagan who could not have been nicer she was extremely helpful and addressed all our needs and concerns... My wife and never felt any pressure and where very impressed at the entire experience... We also met Brian and Gregg who couldn’t have been nicer... I've owned over 30 cars, mostly luxury and this is by far the best overall car/SUV. Quiet, fast, incredible craftsmanship and a blast to drive. Waite to review this car but after a year and a half and 35,000 miles (knocks on head) no problems!! Highly recommend this vehicle!!

I've owned Mercedes, Porche's & BMW's...was intent on buying a Volvo and purchased an Audi. The Q5 had me at "Hello". Love the ride, handling, package options and understated elegance. *Reliability rated"Good" only because I have only had the vehicle 5 days.
When shopping for a used car I decide to change up my strategy and shop for a vehicle based on dealership reviews, and I'm so glad I did. We purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from D&C in early May, and after a few days noticed it was leaking oil...no big deal (or so we thought) but decided to call the dealership (not expecting much as it wasnt under warranty). Long story short, it ended up needing a very costly repair. Not only did D&C give us a luxury loaner for the month and fix our issue (for free) they also went above and beyond while inside our engine, preventing further issues in the future.
I knew they had a good reputation going into the buying process, now I understand why....WOW!
They have earned our business, and our recommendation.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

This vehicle meets exceeds all expectations as we test drove several names prior to our decision to purchase the Audi Q5 this is the only vehicle that we went back to. As we had two 2012s and in 2015 we traded for two 2015s
Lori Benton was extremely helpful. I am a 20-something individual and this car was my first car and first brand new car. My family has bought from Armstrong twice in the past and they have always given us excellent deals. This experience was no exception. I was able to get the color of Jetta I wanted without hassle! Not only did Lori an affordable deal, she also rolled out the red carpet for me. My dad and Lori conspired together, without my knowledge, and surprised me with a banner and cake to celebrate! It meant a lot since I had been saving for a while and the little notes on the banner filled me with pride! Pure strangers at the dealership put in effort to make this special! Truly wonderful. Lori took time to show me every detail of the car. Very helpful, since I had no idea how to use the electronic gadgets it came with! Highly recommend this to anyone.

Wonderful car! Excellent experience while you driving, its very smooth. Besides Pros, cons are No touch screen and no remote start in this car Make.
We found a great deal on their website and decided to go take a look. They were very courteous and made it really easy for us to make sure it was the car we wanted. I recently purchased a 2004 Honda Pilot from PDX Motors. I have not had the vehicle for long but it appears to be in extremely good condition. It was a one owner vehicle with very low mileage. The previous owner had it serviced regularly. I feel that I paid a reasonable price, I didn't feel like they were trying to gouge me. They knew what they had and they asked a fair price.
You must make an appointment to see their vehicles because the cars are kept inside. They close at 6:00 which is new to me in terms of shopping for cars/trucks. The inventory appeared to be good shape. They purchase through auctions and they seem to buy only the nicer lots. I reviewed their "sold inventory" on their website and there were more than a few low mileage cars.
My salesman was Hugo Alvarez and I appreciated the fact that he didn't smother me or pressure me. He gave me the time to look at the vehicle alone. He did let me know that another person wanted to look at it but I didn't feel hurried or pressured by him though I did feel the need to make a decision quickly because it was a nice vehicle and I knew it wouldn't last.
All in all I am happy with my experience and I would go back again.

We purchased this car 6 months ago, Dealt with this brand before and throughout enjoy owning it so far. Very ergonomic, just recently took a trip out of town for four adults and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The 2.0T has plenty of zip and got 28mpg on our little roadtrip.
