Although I was not approved for a vehicle with Marina, I still very much appreciate the service and professionalism showed to me by Mr. Smith. I inquired about a vehicle around 5:30in the morning and by 9:30 same day I received response. Unfortunately they sold the vehicle I was looking at the day before but advised me they received one very similar and she would let me know the price. Four hours later, true to her word she sent me an email. Didn't buy because it was not in the range I would like to pay.
Very comfortable car buying process. More auto sales staff should adopt their no pressure approach to selling cars. They let the cars sell themselves. Marlon was great. He promptly returned calls with informed answers and helped secure competitive financing rates.
He also had no problem assisting with having the car transported for a third-party inspection. I would not hesitate recommending them.

I drove in from out of town to Audi Rochester to test drive a pre-owned A6 and S5 after doing the same at a local dealer. I had no intention of purchasing that day but ended up making a return trip that evening to pick up a pristine 2016 A6 due to the hassle-free buying experience. David's knowledge and thoroughness throughout the entire process was very impressive, as was his follow-up with my questions the next day. I will certainly make the trip again when I'm ready for my next Audi!
A few months back I contacted David McAloose inquiring about a used S7. At the time David said there were none available. But David said he would inform me if one becomes available. I was driving a 2013 S6 so I wasn't in a big hurry. I did purchase the S6 from David and had a great experience which is why I contacted him again for my next car buying experience. On a Saturday morning a few weeks back David emailed and said we just got a 2016 S7 in. He gave me the specs and 3 hours later I was at the dealership. Feel in love with the S7 (hard to believe because I loved my S6). In a situation like this the dealer really has the upper hand. They know I want the car and could play hard ball. But not David or Garber Automotive. In the end I had my end goals around car price and trade-in and ended up really happy with where we landed. That says a lot about Garber and David. I will most definitely make my next car purchase with David. In addition to my car buying experience Garber's Service department is the best around. I've owned many cars and worked with many service departments over the years and Garber Audi out of Rochester is the best around. I actually look forward to those appointments. Colin had a great deal of knowledge re: the vehicle and I appreciated his laid back approach. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and interested in my satisfaction. I had a great chat with the owner who was very engaged in the day to day of the operations...even on a Saturday.
I contacted David with Garber Audi to inquire about the purchase of a new Audi RS3. I live in Cincinnati, OH and flew in to Rochester, NY to purchase the vehicle. David, Ken and Ryan were awesome throughout the entire process. Even though i was an out of state buyer, they took care of me like i was a local, longtime Audi Rochester customer. I will go back to the team at Garber for my future Audi purchases.
I recently went into West Herr to check out prices and information on possibly purchasing my leased 2016 228 convertible. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. I was checking out the various possibilities for what I might do after my lease ran out. I had even entertained the possibility of buying a lesser brand off lease vehicle for my use which is not much as I am nearing 84 and drive about 4k miles a year.
Kyle Walsh offered to assist me and did so beautifully. He answered every question and gave me several possibilities of what I could do about just turning the car back in and buying something else or purchasing my current car and what that would take, interest-rates and all of that. He
was very thorough about making sure that I understood which I appreciate . It wasn’t till we had been working together for approximately an hour that he asked if I had thought about leasing a new BMW and I told him I didn’t think I could afford it. He said well let’s check it out and he began to go through the roster of vehicles that were available on the lot. As it happened he came upon a 2018 X2 and showed me how leasing that car was actually the best possibility for me. And I agreed. We arrived at a cost That appealed to me and we made the deal. They actually prepared the car that afternoon so that I had the car the same day. I bought the car actually without having even driven it, so unlike me.
I appreciated Kyle’s easy attitude and his respecting that I didn’t need or want to be pushed. He and Resident Genius Mitch help unload my old car into the new car and I was off. I think I will be very happy athough I’ve only driven the car one day as I live in New York City but leave my car in Rochester at my daughter’s. I’ve had enough of getting my car trashed in the Big Apple. Oh well…… Russell

I purchased a 2004 Audi A6 - the buying process was easy with no pressure or hassle. On delivery, I was told they had discovered that one of the door handles needed replacing and ordered the part. In addition, they located an owners manual for me as none was present when I picked the car up. They called me when they parts came in and installed the door handled and checked and lubed the other doors as well. Great service and nice people!
