We went to Audi Sugar Land to look at a pre-owned car and were surprised by the courtesy and service Ty and the team provided. Everyone was incredibly friendly and courteous. We ended up buying our oldest child's first car the same day in a short time. They had so many sales that day it took longer to prep the car for delivery than it took to close the sale and sign all the papers. Although we’ve only purchased our Audi a week ago, I’ve been nothing but pleased with our experience so far. I had been thinking about Audis for a while but had never driven one. I decided to just drop by the Audi location near my job to take a peek & had no intentions on purchasing that day. I appreciated that I was not pounced on as soon as I walked through the doors of the Sewell dealership. When Sebastian approached me, he was an expert at letting me lead the conversation. His personality was gentle and warm. He listened to my desires and did not pressure me. He pulled down the exact car I wanted just because he took the time to listen. When I changed my mind on the color, Sebastian went out of his way to find the one I wanted! At the end of the day because of Sebastian's great service and a little negotiating with Cameron, I walked away in my brand new Sewell Audi. The atmosphere of the Sewell Audi was relaxing and everyone I passed smiled and acknowledged me. I had no buyers remorse and I have and will continue to recommend Sebastian as well as Sewell as this was one of the best car shopping experiences I have had. Thank you Sebastian!

My salesperson was Ty, and he was so inviting and accommodating! Walking into the dealership I felt like I was high priority and extremely high class! When I couldn't leave the dealership with my vehicle the day I went he drove it all the way to me in Lake Charles, Louisiana once I was able to get them everything they needed. Even months after purchasing my vehicle I still got texts and thank you letters in the mail from Ty checking on me!! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!!
The Service Agent Marcus is so professional with a nice personal touch by providing assistance to my questions about the features. Plus the group all work together so there was no long wait when one agent is not available.
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
Sent an email via the Cars.com system, got an automated email that they rec'd the email, and then a few days later another automated email from the GM (?) of the dealership to see if the salesman had contacted me. I replied that I was interested in the car but didn't hear back. I'm NOT a local to their area so maybe they dismiss those requests.
I made the deal with Wade via email—he was prompt in his responses and made it very easy! He handed off to Chase who met me at the airport and in a matter of a several hours I was driving my vehicle to Minnesota!!
I inquired about a Audi A8 that was forsale online! I was looking at several Audi A8’s from different dealers, with the same mileage, within 500 miles on the odometer! When the online price was given the price was $3000 higher than the other car offered! The other car also was giving the remainder of the 6 year warranty and would reduce the cost by $1000 to allow for shipping! When I was told that the difference was in the package on the car, the difference was $1200 and that was at new sticker price, not the depreciation price! So, there was not much else offered, thus the passing of making an offer on the car!
I was searching online for an Audi & was contacted shortly after . Mark Lane was very professional & knowledgeable of the Audi I was interested in. I live in the North East & wouldn't hesitate to fly down . & make a deal when I'm ready. So yes I would highly recommend Audi North Houston.
