Question mostly for long-term service customers: how does their service handle warranty disputes if something comes up later? I’ve only done oil and filters once and everything was fine, but I’m considering buying a new GMC here and wondering about long-term support.

I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience.
