Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
I had been searching for the perfect Corvette for about 7 months. Searching the internet weekly, with lots of decent leads, but not that perfect car. Then last week I hit AutoTrader.com and did my weekly search, and to my disbelief I found a car that looked like the one I was looking for. After calling Net Car Showroom and talking to Sam and Deej, I knew that I had found my car. Everything about the experience was top notch....the over the phone assistance understanding the car and its history, the financing with my uncooperative credit union, and the genuine care they gave this sale. Sam even picked me up at the airport when I flew in. Just four days after seeing my Vette, I was in Houston taking delivery. It was an amazing experience....and drive home! That's one BAD hombre.... Thank you Net Car Showroom for your incredible professionalism and hospitality. I'd buy from you again in a second!! You guys rock....
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I went here to buy a car after work. Not only I found the car that i like. It was in great condition at the best price I found. The dealership made sure that my car was perfect cause I have an for the smallest detail. But none of this wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for my salesman Pierre Russell. He went to extremes to make my experience the best. I would by the next 10 cars from him and I will recommen to anybody
I gave a lot of "averages", but expected a lot more from Volvo. When the sticker price is $63k. These folks can't hold a candle to a luxury dealership. I wrote a super lengthy review to Volvo. I purchased a new 2016 VW from them, vowing never to darken their doors again, but.....got sucked in to a 22% off MSRP deal that I couldn't pass up on a 2017 S90 loaner. In both instances the sales people were great. In both instances it went downhill from there; delivery, make ready, promises made, promises broken over and over. If you have to buy from them, ask for Reid on the VW side, and Chris on the Volvo side, but be prepared for subpar service after the sale.
We met Lee Carter when we first went to Audi to look at the Q5's. What a great struck of luck that was. I have never had a better experience with a car salesperson. Not only was Lee pleasant and knowledgeable, but he made great efforts to understand our needs and preferences and became an advocate for us in the process. I never felt pushed, but always felt supported.
I only talked on the phone with them. The car I was interested in was under contract with someone else. I was only in the area for the day. The next day they contacted me as the other person backed out. By then I was 200 miles away and unable to return for several days. They offered to hold the car for me, I opted not to put any money down, by the weekend the car was still available but we decided to buy new. They were very nice and did keep me updated.
