Last week I took my MDX in for service and left with a RDX! I took service I could replace my MDX if I could find an Acura for xx number of dollars and my car. While the MDX was serviced, they appraised it. Isaac went to work and showed me a gorgeous RDX. The price? $100 below my budget! Isaac and Russ made in happen....no pressure! The service dept is just as awesome. Tony and the guys had serviced my MDX for over 6 yrs. This is my 4th Acura. The last 2 I had over 10 yrs each! I'll never go to a different dealer! I’ve owned this car for seven years with no major issues, and I recently passed it down to my high-school-aged daughter, so safety and proper care are very important to me. Zackary D was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. While waiting, my phone battery was dead and I almost missed an important business call—he went out of his way to find me a charging cable so I could keep working comfortably. What truly surprised me was the headlight issue. My headlights had become very cloudy over time, and another shop had quoted me over $2,000 to replace them. Bella from the service department took the time to professionally clean the headlight covers with what seemed like a special solution, and they became completely clear again—no replacement needed at all. I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork between Zackary and Bella. Thanks to them, I saved a significant amount of money and now feel confident that my daughter can drive the car safely. This was real, thoughtful customer service, not just routine service. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2019 Audi SQ5 review
I bought this car after a lot of research and test drives of comparable competitors (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes). My previous car that I owned for 4 years was a Toyota Venza. This car was far superior to the competitors and my Venza in the areas of performance and technology packages offered. I love the drive select system as well as the operation of the MMI system. The touchpad ink recognition is easy, and I like having different options in front of me, with their own controls, compared to the ones on the MMI screen in the center console. There are a few things I miss from my Venza, though. Primarily, I miss having my seat go back a bit when I turn off the engine. Now I have to squeeze out or push the seat back. I also miss the lack of storage up front. The center console is VERY small. However, with all the other wonderful things in the Audi, I'll take these small losses and deal with them.

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. If you're considering buying from this dealership, I highly recommend reaching out to Chris!
