The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Our salesman was Benny. He was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant attitude through the whole process. He was very thorough but never forceful. Eugene did amazing job of getting us the most value for our trade-in. He also worked our loan like an absolute professional giving us the best possible rates that we can get. He also did an amazing job on our trade-in getting the very best value that we could’ve ever imagined. We had an absolutely great experience with Frank the finance Director who actually lowered the original payment monthly of our vehicle after we were told it would be a lot more. He was very thorough with our warranties and insurance and we felt totally confident that everything in our deal with Southern car dealership that could’ve possibly been done to help us in our situation was done. We walked in there in debt and scared and we walked out the proud new owners of a 1500 dodge ram and had an amazing experience. I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Chris was great. Honest and accommodating. He stayed late to help get paperwork done and was easy, not pushy at all. Although, the check wngine light did come on during the drive home, it was expected and discussed ahead of time as they were able to work on the price with me a little. Would do business with Supreme Auto again.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

I am well aware of shady dealerships, well acquainted with salesmen who aren't making alot off a sale so they don't go out of their way. Not the case with Philip at Neptune. He stayed well after hours to assist us in buying a car for my sister out of state which is a slightly time consuming ordeal. its been a true pleasure doing business with him. And the case exceeds the expectations of what we had hoped to get in her price range. Very satisfied and highly recommend!!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.
