Audi Rocklin is what all Car Dealerships should aspire to be, and is worthy of every single accolade it's earned. The customer service was unmatched, and my Fiance and I never once felt like we were pressured into anything we didn't want to do. Our salesman Bill Dameri was helpful through the entire process, he responded to my emails and texts, even before they officially were open. We truly feel like valued costumers, and the idea of coming back for our yearly servicing is a positive feeling. Steve Armstrong who helped finalize our sale was incredibly helpful, and made understanding the Warranty and different options available simple and insightful. Beautiful new facility. Was referred by friend and client who recently purchased from Audi Rocklin, to Joe. My inlaws had also purchased a vehicle from Audi Rocklin last September. Joe is very knowledgeable on all the features and benefits of several Audis we discussed and in specific the Audi I test drove and eventually purchased. The dealership staff other than Joe were polite and accommodating. Joe and management were very open to negotiations, comparing and contrasting similar vehicles for sale, and made that process as non-confrontational as possible. Finance process was also very smooth.

Recently purchased a new Audi Q5 from Rocklin Audi. I dealt with salesman Bill Dameri. In the negogiations I also dealt with manager Andrew Lyons . Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. I compared their offer with other Audi dealers in the area and they were easily the best. I had a very good experience dealing with Rocklin Audi. They were excellent to work with and I recommend them.
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

The communication and abundance of care that the service department displays is out of this world. I’ve actually never experienced such great service before with any other auto service ! Not only do they take care of two primary recalls on my B8 Audi S5, they went above and beyond by servicing some areas of the vehicle that my scan tool had not picked up before I brought in the vehicle. They did this free of charge. Because of this thoroughness, I will be back for services when my vehicle is in need of a repair that I cannot do myself. The staff at the service department was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend going to the Rocklin Audi location for servicing and Audi vehicle.

2017 Audi S7 review
I upgraded to the 2017 S7 Prestige from driving a 2005 Audi A6 for 11 years. I gave the A6 to my son with 138,000 miles, it still runs great. This S version does not disappoint. A head turner, fast, and reliable. I have every option except the Sport Package and Alcantara headliner. Loaded with features not even listed like a 9GB hard drive to load CD's or DVD's if you choose. WiFi hot spot rocks especially with my Escort. Comfortable ride, love the adjustable settings. Cooled and heated seats, night vision, Bang and Olufsen stereo, heated steering, what is not to love. Audi is ditching the Google Earth feature for us in December 2020, and many fuel door actuators (dumb design Audi) are my only complaints. A7, S7, RS7, buy it, you won't be disappointed.

2017 Audi RS 7 review
2017 RS7 Performance -- This car is unbelievably fast when called on, yet around town works really well as a daily driver. Love the rifle-shots on the upshifts in Dynamic Mode, as well as the optional Bang and Olufsen stereo. It's a hatchback, too, so you can fit a decent amount of luggage in the back as well. As always, Audi's interior fit and finish is the best of any car I've owned (this is my first Audi), and the Google maps interface is spectacular. Had a great purchasing experience at Audi South Austin in Austin, TX, both with sales and service. Have about 7500 miles on the car now, and everything still feels like new. If you have the money, then the RS7 is a car that truly does it all.

2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

2021 Audi A7 e review
With availability at near zero, this plug-in hybrid exudes luxury and quality throughout. As production has halted due to parts availability (a wire harness WAS made in the Ukraine, it could be over a year before this model is available again. I found one in Southern California (couldn't find a new one, settling on a low mileage 2021 model) and after purchasing, drove it up to Denver. What a fun trip that was! The only negative is I'll take quite some time to learn all of the features of this Prestige model.
