Selden Motors review
Selden was good as always. This is the third vehicle that I bought from them... and will likely buy more if I can by the grace of God. Don't buy a used vehicle if you don't understand that it is a mechanical piece of equipment that has a tremendous number of moving parts and will have failures. (but really... I've had no issues with the BMWs I've bought from Selden.) Selden has always delivered a top notch, ready to drive vehicle that has been detailed so that it looks new. I think Scott has been in the business for a long time. The first car I bought from him was about 14 years ago when they were in Conshohocken... a 2008 BMW 328xi Sport Wagon. Then (of all things) an i3 REX which I've used as a daily driver for close to 4 years. And now an X5 with an N55b engine. Rich does a stand up job with financing and with getting you into a warranty that will keep your purchase running well. The warranty prices are fair and bring peace of mind on the purchase for only a small increase on the monthly payment. That said - Thank you Scott and Rich for making another purchase experience great! Keep up the good work - you have an excellent and desirable inventory at all times... and I keep an eye on it for my next BMW.

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Thank you Juan for this elite, excellent, and positive experience with your team, department, and dealership. Execution was exquisite and exceeded my expectations indepth. Juan Martinez earned my trust and loyalty for not only the MB of LV dealership but for the automobile industry, as I have seen in the past varying degrees in differences of results as well as efforts regarding many challenges met unsuccessfully to satisfaction or expectation as a customer. Juan Martinez may be 1 of many within the field of service advisory, but he and MB of LV are 1 of 1 in my experience. I strongly recommend them and the group at MB of LV for any needs for your luxury vehicle experience. The deep attention to details was a key factor I noticed by the entire team. 2018 Audi S5 review
I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! 2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I have been searching for my next 911 for months, though I am conflicted. Mine is a 1999 911 that I've had for 26 years. It still runs very well. The clock shows 101K. The new engine has about 4K on it, e.g., everything works. But. It is 'time,' I think. The dealership, J & S, has had a number of cars in your system. The 2023 under consideration was more a mistake on my part than an intended event. Still, the dealer's initial representative was focused and enthusiastic. It was followed by contact from a second rep. I asked for the VIN. It was given. As time passed I continued looking at other cars from other dealers. Not wanting to leave false hope, I said so. They stopped. They did not pressure me. Their people acted professionally and competently at all times. I continue to look for my car's replacement.

2018 Audi S5 review
Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

Had the pleasure of working with Nick at CarNu Sales earlier this month on a 2000 triple black Corvette, six-speed manual, well optioned and extremely well maintained by 2 previous owners. Nick was a stand-up guy in every respect. After a test drive, I submitted a short list of items needing attention, which Nick took care of without delay - all items were satisfactorily resolved. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. They don't have a mechanic on staff but he took it a nearby Chevy dealer for a pre-buy inspection, which came back without issues. It's easy to see why there are so many positive reviews for CarNu; from my perspective, they very quietly attend to customer satisfaction and do everything they said they would do - can't ask for a better purchasing experience. I live in NJ and Nick handled all temporary title & registration requirements very professionally. If there's a car you're interested in at CarNu, do yourself a favor and go talk with them. They're totally fair, honest, and respectful.
