Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

These guys were the most helpful and the best car dealership experience i've had. I want to wait a bit before i posted my review to make sure the car they sold me was sound. The condition was almost perfect and now after driving for a month with no issues whatsoever i can say that i have a used car that is practically new. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. This car has wonderful looks and explosive acceleration. The Bronze Package adds those hot bronze wheels. I love the extra room in the hatch that comes in handy during those Lowe's runs...... what's not to like about this car!

I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know

I traded in a 2011 Porsche 911S convertible for the 2020 Audi S5 convertible. The horsepower is very similar but the tall first and second gear in the 911 made it slow off the line. The S5 is VERY fast off the line - smooth power band all the way up to 100 MPH. The seats are really comfortable, everything works - always, people are always stopping me to find out what model it is and complimenting me on the great looks - quantum gray with factory 20" wheels with Carbon trim. No better sports car for $70K !!

Ms. Stredder worked diligently with me, my husband, and my brother, (who she also sold a car to months earlier). She was very patient, thorough and demonstrated delightful customer service skills. In fact, my first car of choice was a Mercedes Benz GLE, however, Ms. Stredder?s dedication to provide the best experience at Audi is what detoured us away from Mercedes and into your dealership. It?s a workforce like Ms. Stredder that made a difference, both for your dealership and for your customers. My husband and I were very pleased with the smooth, `no-nonsense? approach Ms. Stredder provided, accompanied by the relaxed and `no pressure? atmosphere there at Audi of Santa Monica. Unfortunately, at the end of our visit, your finance manager devastated our pleasant experience. Mr. Michael Williamson completed the transaction with the final maintenance and service portion. Upon entering his office, he demonstrated an unfriendly, arrogant demeanor. He rambled through the finances in a disinterested and irritated manner. Ms. Stredder had given us a deal which included maintenance in writing. Mr. Williamson called her into the room, unpleasantly, demonstrating rude body language by rolling of the eyes and grunts. He spoke to her in an entitled, rude manner. He scolded Ms. Stredder in his office, in front of his customers for making a deal in writing. If fact, Ms. Stredder?s agreement was what lead us into your dealership to begin with. Regardless of the circumstances, representatives need to be aware of their surroundings while on duty and exhibit a professional manner at all times, remembering that they represent the organization which employs them, in this case, Audi. Mr. Williamson presented a poor representation of Audi by acting unprofessional towards Ms. Stredder in front of customers, which made both my husband and I very uncomfortable while in the room. The room soon turned silent and hostile. Despite Mr. Williamson?s unprofessionalism, Ms. Stredder kindly nodded her head, with a pleasant smile, and apologetic, she notified him that she was going to speak with the manager. Please remind your staff, that all matters with other employees should always be handled behind closed doors and not in front of your customers. We are confident and optimistic that even behind closed doors, employees are treated respectfully.
