I have been a costumer for years, the people that work there could not be any nicer. We were dealing for Kim how I have dealt with before, she had a family issue so her colleague Steve took over and everything was seamless as always.
2019 Audi Q7 review
I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Paul Miller AudiReviews
Paul Miller Audi review
I was involved in a car accident where my car was unfortunately a total loss. I called Paul Miller Audi and the went above and beyond to get me back in a new A-5. They worked with my insurance company to expedite things so I wasn’t stuck with rental car fees for a longer time. The salesman, Peter, was amazing. He worked hard to find the car to replace my lost car. He set everything up in the new car and reviewed all the car’s features with me. I have been leasing Audis for more than 10 years, and since I have been a Paul Miller customer, I can say I’m glad I made the switch! Everyone is very friendly. I am also extremely pleased with their service department too. I feel very confident with the level of care my receives every visit.
2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Northway Automotive of Lake Hopatcong 1Reviews
Northway Automotive of Lake Hopatcong 1 review
I initially went on cargarus to look for another used vehicle; Shane was the 1st person from many dealerships I was looking through from many different vehicles. The car I test drove was great though my credit wasn't that great nor did I have a co-signer. What he did though was contacted me immediately when he had a vehicle around price range, asked my thoughts & most importantly spoke to bank as my down payment was low and gave me a decent price for my trade-in amongst many more other benefits. I had never had anyone work with me rather against when it came to buying a car as much as he did and boss.. I will def keep going back in future, overall I am a happy customer & when it comes to service on vehicle you definitely don't feel like your being robbed. Customer service in all areas is way better than alot of places in this Era.. :)

I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler & I found one for sale at GT Motors, a 2015 with 140,000 miles. Me & my wife Cindy worked with William there, he showed us the Jeep, took us for a test drive. William then got us financed, very smooth process and I picked up the Jeep 2 days later, love it! Thank you William.....

2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I had a great experience with purchasing my car. They were transparent from the beginning and went the extra mile to make arrangements for everything to work out for me to get my car! Great place to get a car! Luis and the Manger there are good folks!

Needed something large enough to haul grandkids but still sporty and fun to drive. THIS is it! The Q5 meets all expectations with luxury included.

Everything was great. Angelo Simone helped me a lot. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank him.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"

CarMax LanghorneReviews
CarMax Langhorne review
I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.
