Service response is excellent. However, customer parking is awful, making it very difficult to get into the dealership.

I would buy it again. You don't see many A8L's on the road which gives you the sense of exclusivity. The car is well designed and has excellent performance and comfort!

Great 4 door sedan. Handles perfect in ALL conditions. Hauls 4 very comfortably. Great safety and reliability. Service and support at the dealership is excellent but expensive. Test drive an Audi a-4, you won’t regret it.

Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. Would I buy another car from them, yes. Is Bob Chitwood a thoroughly great salesman? Yes!!! He was soooooo good at his job, my bestie-who was with me for the test drive -also drove off the lot with a new car. Love. Them.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Kirkwood Audi is amazing! Brought mine in for service and they were incredible! Super polite and car was finished on time and was washed also! I left Plaza Audi because of their bad phone system - no humans just computers without any real help. Their online scheduling was just as bad. When I called Kirkwood they answered the phone, scheduled my appointment, got me in the next business day and took care of my car’s issues. I will go to this dealer for all my work and next car! We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. Service was amazing. My tire lost pressure so I drove immediately to Audi Exchange in Kirkwood. I did not have an appointment, but they replaced my tire within an hour. Waiting area is extremely comfortable.
