They were wonderful about everything and knew the history of the pre-owned vechile that I purchased. They have this supreme coffee machine which was confusing to work but the best coffee I ever had. I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

I would buy it again. You don't see many A8L's on the road which gives you the sense of exclusivity. The car is well designed and has excellent performance and comfort!

Hernan (sales) was great to deal with. Very professional and efficient. Let me test drive used Audi without accompanying me which allowed me a little more time to fiddle with everything, become comfortable and make sure it was the right car for me. No pressure and the manager worked with me on trade value. Finance mgr was also efficient and transparent; offered extras (GAP, extended warranty) but did not pressure me at all to buy. When a car dealer presents as a professional establishment which respects your budget and time, it makes for a much more pleasant experience. Kudos to Autohaus Lancaster!

Ian was great in helping me to buy a 2024 Model Y! The car is in excellent condition and I feel the price is very fair. Ian went out his way to help in getting the initial Tesla App account setup on the spot and helped me to contact the Tesla service center to make sure I can get charging during the long return drive. He never pressed me during the week-long discussion. I had a very good experience and will definitely try again!

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I came into the dealership to find a specific car. They had one, but it was located at another one of their locations. Our sales person, Ryan, told me he would have it sent over to the Exton location which they did. I came back the next day And it turned out to be exactly as described. I test drove it and bought it right away. The car was clean and ready to go. The process to trade in my car for this newer was very simple. We are very happy with our new vehicle and the entire Auto Lenders team that helped us.

Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

I want to share a review that is overwhelmingly about service, because that is where Autohaus truly excels. I did experience an issue with my brand new Audi that required several return visits. It was a safety-related concern involving my horn, so understandably it was stressful and something I took very seriously. What could have been an incredibly frustrating situation was handled with professionalism, empathy, and an extraordinary level of care. Kyle was my primary point of contact, and even when I was upset, he remained calm, thoughtful, and reassuring, making it clear at every step that I was a priority. At one point, the owner himself came out to personally test the horn to ensure it was working properly, which really spoke volumes about the level of accountability and care. The level of service went far beyond anything I expected. When my horn failed the day before I was supposed to leave for a trip and I did not feel safe driving, the team arranged a ride to the Philadelphia airport. Not a shuttle. A beautiful, brand new Audi. I was completely shocked and so grateful. They also ensured I had a loaner when my car needed to remain in the shop. When my loaner got a flat tire, they literally came to my home in Lebanon and brought me another vehicle. As someone who spent decades working in hospitality, I can confidently say this is one of the best examples of service after the sale that I have ever seen in my life. They made me feel like I am their only customer, take a look at their inventory and you will realize how truly special that is. I chose Audi because of their great safety reputation, but I will choose Autohaus for their amazing service. I want to give an additional shout-out to Cameron for his help and collaboration along the way as well. Kyle’s consistency, professionalism, and empathy turned what could have been an extremely stressful experience into one that built real trust. Answered one of my calls, stayed in constant communication, and never made me feel like a bother I cannot recommend Autohaus highly enough, and they have turned me into a customer for life.

I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.
