2022 Audi A8 review
This is the 4th Audi A8L that I have owned. They are wonderful riding cars and the most comfortable of any car I have ever been in. I have made several 10+ hour trips in these cars and upon arrival I feel as good as I did when I left. I love the safety features. No car should be without them. I get compliments on the looks of the car every where I go. I am an Audi fan for life!

Absolutely outstanding! It's been almost 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle and have never really enjoyed the experience. I reserved/ordered the new 2021 Bronco and prior to the hardtop delays was their #1 allocation outside of the 2 priority orders. Alison Brock handles their new vehicle reservations and did a superb job. Her attention to detail and always being available to answer my random questions via phone, text and email were greatly appreciated. I also really appreciated the several times where she simply mentioned "I'm not sure, I'll follow-up with Ford". Her transparency throughout this process went a long way and it helped to bounce different ideas off of her and to get her advice as a fellow Bronco reservation holder (i.e., switching to soft top vs holding out for the hard top and implications etc.). I did not envy Alison's position handling the Bronco orders as there was so much out of her and the dealership's control as they were dependent on Ford to replace MIC hardtops, delays in shipping etc. Also, the dealership sales staff was great to deal with at delivery including some last minute challenges with the PDI and car cleaning staff being out unexpectedly. Paul from the finance staff had all of the paperwork queued up ahead of time and definitely met my hopes of not being at the dealership hours on end the night of delivery. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all of my questions around warranties and maintenance plans etc. Additionally, I'm sure you've all seen the forums with all of the dealership horror stories starting to pop-up regarding ADMs (Additional Dealer Mark-ups) and surprise price increases at times of delivery. Andy Graves (General Sales Manager) communication was very clear and direct from the beginning and there were no surprises. We had negotiated a price ahead of ordering and the dealership stuck to it with no games. Given the crazy times we live in with the pandemic, combined with spending way too much time on the forums there was a lot of uncertainty and Andy eliminated any worries or concerns. I also contacted numerous local Ford Dealers and none of them replied as directly and cordially as Andy did (including one that tried to educate me on Supply and Demand and the impacts on pricing!). I appreciate your integrity throughout the entire process! In addition, with my daughter unexpectedly totaling her car we were left in a predicament being down a car and scrambling with the uncertainty of a delivery time for our Bronco. The dealership went above and beyond, not only providing a loaner car that could've been a Ford Edge or Escape (no offense :), but provided a sweet Cyber Orange Bronco for 2.5 weeks without hesitation. There is no hesitation in recommending this dealership and I plan to use them in the future (hmmm, I have a Lightning reservation.....) Thanks for all you guys do!
2022 Audi A4 review
I couldn’t be more satisfied with my recent visit to ALM Marietta. From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch. My sales rep, Lou, was truly outstanding from start to finish. The entire buying process was smooth and stress-free, he was attentive and patient throughout. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made everything even better. Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences: 1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase. 2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

THIS IS MY 5TH AUDI IN THE LAST 12 YEARS. I LOVE THE STYLING, LOVE THE INTERIOR. PERFORMS LIKE A DREAM, PLENTY OF ACCERATION POWER. THE INTERIOR IS LUXURIOUS. HEATED SEATS AND STEERING WHEEL COME WITH THE LEATHER SEAT PACKAGE. THE SERVICE AT WEST PALM AUDI HAS BEEN TERRIFIC, EACH VISIT IF YOU WISH A FREE LOANER IS PROVIDED.
