Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. 2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Im writing a review through my friends account. But I recently went through several (about 8 different dealerships, both larger and smaller) in the attemlt to shop for a Lexus rx350...Hopefully in good condition and at a good price. Well about a month ago i saw on cargurus a beautiful rx350 2015, at 39k miles. 30+ Days later my adventures of nj, ny, philadelphia, harrisburg,etc... = Rebuilds, rebuilt titles, sloppy rebuilds, weak customer service, not so experienced or not so well trained sales reps, scamming dishonest sales attempts, failure upon test drive or in person visit. I insisted on doing all of this, because even though IAS had a beautiful vehicle, i thought the grass could be greener on the other side. *Note= IAS was 5 min drive down the hill from my residence. Wowwww, ...Lessons reviewed and lessons learned. Not so simple! 1. If you are in the market shopping for high end import or luxury, go buy a new vehicle and you'll be set. At full price. 2. If you want a high quality pre owned of the import type such as, BMW, Volvo, Audi, Mercedes, Lexus, higher end vehicles but of a sure certainty of quality reconditioning and maintenance work within the Lehigh Valley? Just cut to the chase go check out IAS in Easton. :) That simple! Its a smaller lot but with good vehicles, no clunkers or frauds.

2014 Audi R8 review
Good luck getting yourself to take this car on the road, it feels less like a car and more like art. Interior could've been nicer for the price, even though it felt like a highkey sports car. Luxurious brown leather would've been nice. The inside was nice, but not my style. Didn't purchase, so don't have much experience with the R8, but from what I dealt with, applying to the Audi R8, I loved this car so much. Wish I had the funds to purchase.

2022 Audi A3 review
We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!
