I'm 67 years Old and have bought alot of cars in my Life. This was , by far, The BEST experience I ever had. Simon and everybody at Autobay were Fantastic to deal with. No hidden fees or Add ons the total price is exactly as quoted on website. Simon told me as I was leaving if there was any Problems or Issues with the car just call him. A small problem came up with the Brakes and before I could even explain the issue he told me to bring it in. I brought it in he asked for the keys put it right up on the lift and within 30 minutes the issue was resolved. And again as I was leaving he told me If any other issue to call him right away and he would make it right. I have NEVER received that kind of service before.. 2013 BMW 328i hardtop convertible, six speed manual, was exactly as advertised, and then some. Larry assisted in getting the car prepped and some minor mechanical issues resolved before we picked up the car. In the first three days, we drove it 1200 miles without any issues. It runs and drives better than any of the 7 BMWs that I have owned over the past 40 years. If it did not show 50k miles already on the odometer, we would not know that it was a used vehicle. We will be back again in the future for a "better than new" used vehicle. Thanks to Larry and his team for making this an easy transaction and a very good value.

this car surpasses expectations and it is totally reliable.Perhaps there may b a few lemons out there but the car is unfailing and i recommend it highly

I have used Scott to maintain my 2 Miatas. They also replaced suspension, lowered my cars, replaced the steering wheel, and any other modifications I have asked for. In addition, regular maintenance. Always with precision. Most recently, my headlight had moisture in it. They had a replacement in 24 hours and scheduled my appointment. I can't reccomend anywhere else with this kind of conviction.

This car is perfect all aspects include speed, sport feeling, comfortable, off-road and view. Once you drive it, you will never want try other SUV anymore.
