I love this car and what the value was for what it was going for. Its super fast and I love the interior design and exterior styling. I have always had a great experience with the 328i but was blown away by the style of the 228i. I love the overall experience of the car and super grateful and fortunate to have found this car!!!!!

Too complex to take full advantage of info control. After purchase you are sent a "special" to explain how to operate the controls. Apparently even the agents can't explain it to you. The IT guy says you'll have to come back because of the complexity. There's a lot of road noise going down the road.

I really enjoy driving this car. It can go when you need the power, the design is stylish yet has amazing room and storage for a coupe.
We made the decision to drive from West Michigan to Knauz after the poor experience we had at the BMW dealership in our town. From the beginning when I inquired online about an X4, Yale was so helpful and friendly. The dealership was able to get the car ready quickly so we could come see it on our days off. Yale kept in touch and sent us pictures and assured us the car looked great so we wouldn???t be wasting our time driving there. When we saw the car, we were amazed, it looked brand new! Yale went on the test drive with us and was able to explain all the features of the car (something that didn???t happen when we did a test drive in Grand Rapids). When it came to buying the car, Yale showed us all the comparables and Knauz had the best price, but they even took off a little more for us driving all the way there. The financing process was great and no pressure to buy extra warranties, products, etc like had happened with our last used car. They even kept our car overnight (covered up inside!) and had a BMW genius meet with us the next day to set our car up (nav, phone etc) for the ride home. We can???t say enough about the great buying experience at Karl Knauz and everyone we worked with there. We will keep them in mind for ours and family & friends next BMW purchase!

Once again BMW fails in the area of outside mirrors. I also own a 2015 Mustang and it has a better mirror system. Both are two doors and it's hard to reach the seat belt in a BMW. Mustang has solved this problem a long time ago. The 2 series makes a lot of noise when compared to the 3 series. But my 2 series has M components and it is an outstanding sports car and a dream to drive it. It's expensive but I bought a used one with 6 k miles. Simply put, it's a beautiful Melbourne Red two door 228 ix with several M accessories and I love it.
I came here (a long way from home) based on so many positive reviews of this dealer. I read the reviews and many were of Roland (Rolly). I just went in and asked for him. Great experience with him. No typical car dealer BS. Willing to work the numbers on both the trade in and the purchase. Very fair. He and the other personnel went out of their way to exceed my expectations. Loyalty just started with Rolly and Knauz.

great car . As fast as a boxer,yet has a back seat and trunk. Also handles as well as boxer ,but cheaper. Very good on gas. 4 modes of driving and 8 speeds . Quick shift auto or paddles or stick choices.
I just purchased an X2 and my experience with Bob was fantastic. Everything was quick and efficient. Yale contacted me to find what options were important for me and had everything prepared for me when I arrived and made the entire process very quick, streamlined and efficient. Scott and Doug were very helpful and a pleasure to finalize the process. overall a wonderful experience
All-in-all the sales guys I worked with were knowledgeable, accommodating, patient with me and absolutely competitive on price. I bought my third Infiniti from Gregory this past weekend and I see no reason to go anywhere else in the future.

love the car but blind spots can be annoying especially the position of the mirrors. also with so many moving parts i'm concerned about the convertible mechanism breaking down
I have bought many cars over the years and have been a loyal Lexus owner. I was disappointed in the newest design of the Lexus fleet, so felt the need to look around. I had stopped into your dealership a number of years ago and had worked with Tom Brandt. Although, I opted to return to Lexus, Tom had left a favorable impression and I had saved his contact info on my phone. So I looked him up. Tim was very professional. His approach was laid back, no pressure whatsoever and his enthusiasm for BMW was infectious. We took a short test drive in an executive driven 530. I loved the car and came back to buy it a couple of days later. Jori was terrific as well and I was in a hurry. She got me out of there in no time. I came back a week later to learn the ins and outs of the car. I hated to leave Bredemann. I only hope the rest of my experience at your dealership will match my buying experience.
11 years ago I purchased a BMW from Anderson. It was a very pleasant experience. That brought me back for round 2 and I bought a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, which they had to bring in from a dealer in WI so I could get the color I wanted. I got a solid deal, and the service I received and always have received is what brought me back again. I highly recommend Anderson BMW, Mazda and Volkswagen.

This car is wonderful to drive it goes into turns and asks for more. The control in the rain on the interstate is amazing. The seats are very comfortable and supportive. Drove six hundred miles, got out of the car I felt like I could do two three hundred more.
I had a noise coming from my wheel as a result of apparent damage from parking boot. The manager took it for a quick spin and discovered it was just something bent. He fixed in in seconds and sent me on my way at no charge. It was a busy day there and they did me a big favor.

Have enjoyed every minute that I get to drive this. It hugs the road and the engine is very peppy. The idrive takes a bit getting used to but once you have it its pretty easy to use.
Von was the perfect mix of personal and professional. He was accommodating and most importantly he LISTENED. Auto purchasing is often frustrating but Von really changed that perspective. Thanks Von!

This car might not have the power of the M235 or M2 however as a daily driver has enough power and comfort. You can upgrade the car easy since a lot is compatible with the high end models. Nice car for the price.
Absolutely the most pleasurable car buying experience we have ever had. Michelle Canova is such a friendly, customer oriented salesperson who was so willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our car purchase. The night we picked up the car we had a very complete orientation session with a very patient and knowledgeable young man. He explained every button and setting and set up our phones to sync with the car. We were also introduced to the service department and they set up our 30 day check appointment. The financing department was also just as professional and friendly as you could ever hope for. I will be recommending this car dealer to everyone I know that is in the market for a new car.

This is the best car I’ve ever owned! My first car was a new Alfa Romeo and I’ve owned a couple Porsche’s, but this beats them all.
I was searching for a lease on a new BMW, as a returning customer my present BMW lease was coming to an end. I had multiple conversations with with the another dealship in which I had purchased 2 other luxury vehicles within the last 36 months. I was met with slow to no return calls, emails, and poor customer service. I was also told that my car of choice and price point was a long shot at best and was unrealistic. Frustrated, I had a friend who connected me with Bob Geisheker of Knauz BMW. Bob was OUTSTANDING! Not only did he quickly reply to my request, but he offered me multiple options to meet my need and price point. My 2004 BMW 330i lives on in the guise of a 2015 228i. This car has perfect balance, confidence inspiring handling and plenty of get up and go. Leave the M cars to others. Pushing the limits in this car is a lot more fun than barely scratching the surface with the turbo sixes (i've driven both). Make no mistake; this car is quick with lots more torque than my old 330i. And it has a lighter more playful feel than the M235 (better turn-in). It's also comfortable (great sport seats) and quiet. With the x-drive and some winter tires, it will also be a great winter car. Very satisfied.
Extremely pleased with my experience with my BMW X3 purchase at Knauz. My advisor, Bob Geisheker, was knowledgable and helpful. He wanted to put me into the vehicle that best fit my needs and price point. The negotiation was low key, and along with the current rebates, I came away a very happy customer. The car delivery process was excellent. I know I can contact Bob or any other employee of Knauz and know they are looking out for me.
Searched their website for the car with desired specs and found a great match. Deal/ negotiations were straight forward and prompt.
Took the car for a short test drive and then home for family review.
