Rallye BMW review
I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. Mr. Fitzgerald, When you and Mrs. Fitzgerald can come in I will introduce you to my friend Angelo a sales Representative...We met Angelo, another great representative from Rallye BMW and now we are waiting for delivery. I highly recommend If you are looking to buy a new or used BMW you give Rallye BMW, located in Westbury NY a visit.

Platinum Buick GMC of White PlainsReviews
Platinum Buick GMC of White Plains review
I had called Platinum Buick four times to request help in securing a duplicate title. Each time speaking with an operator who took the message and saying someone would call back. I did not receive a call back. On the fifth time, I spoke with Ericka. I explained the situation She asked me to hold on. On returning, she connected me Peter Mercina, General Manager. Mr Mercina listened and gave concise instructions. Platinum Buick should be pleased with having skilled staff, Ericka and Peter, who knows how to listen, access the problem and direct to the proper person. Thanking You again!

A pleasure to deal with . Walked in saw the exact car in the color and style I wanted in the showroom. Met with my salesman and set up the financing and purchase . No silly games . Everything was straight forward and easy . Went back a few hours later and met with the wonderful finance person and drove home in exactly the BMW I wanted . What more can anyone ask for !!

I had direct dealings with Vito Alami during my experience with him at another dealership. To be clear, I understand that Mr. Alami is no longer employed at this location. I want to distinguish my experience with an individual employee from my opinion of the dealership itself. I have no basis to assign responsibility to the dealership or its current management for the actions of a former employee, and I am not suggesting otherwise. The dealership itself receives five stars. My concerns relate specifically to my dealings with Mr. Alami, which left me with serious reservations regarding his approach to sales practices, pricing transparency, and the accuracy of information provided during the purchasing process. These concerns were significant enough that I considered bringing the underlying circumstances to the attention of appropriate state and federal consumer protection authorities. I would encourage any prospective employer considering Mr. Alami for a position involving automobile sales, management, or consumer transactions to conduct thorough independent due diligence and carefully evaluate his previous professional history. This review reflects my personal experience and is not intended as a criticism of his former employer or its current staff.

I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.

Straightforward pricing, decent selection, no drama. I'd looked at two other lots the same week and both of them had that thing where the online price only applies if you finance through them. Auto Hub just quoted me a number and stuck to it.

Flemington BMWReviews
Flemington BMW review
We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. We picked up our car over the weekend and couldn't be happier with both the car and the process at Flemington. I can't recommend them highly enough.

BMW of DarienReviews
BMW of Darien review
Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.
