Imd Motors RichardsonReviews
Imd Motors Richardson review
I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.

Only been 3 days but love love this car! First Bimmer and thoroughly enjoying it. Very fun car to drive and plenty of power from the turbo 4 cyl engine. No regrets.

Ransom Wise was awesome. I've bought a lot of new cars over the years, but this was my first BMW. Just the buying experience alone was enough to make me a loyal customer, independent of the amazing vehicle. Customer satisfaction really is a strong focus of this dealership. All car dealerships say they are, but I've never seen it put into practice like at Hendrick BMW of McKinney.

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Low pressure but a bit too busy to spend any time with us to answer any question. Could never find a sales person. Pretty sure they could have sold us a car that day if they invested any energy into it. A lot like buying furniture at IKEA. You just better hope you don’t have questions.

I had some major recalls on my car and had the repairs done @ BMW of Arlington. I was assisted by Sarah. My husband and were warmly greeted by the entire staff the moment we walked in. Sarah was my dedicated service rep and she was very professional, polite, helpful, and always made sure I was in the loop regarding my repairs. Sarah explained all the work that had been done and had the staff wash my car too. I highly recommend BMW of Arlington off Collins!
