A reliable car for a young professional

I was looking for a reliable car to start my professional career, something to get me back and forth to work without issue. This car is that car. It has great handling, the design looks good, and it has parking assist features. The only things that I dislike about the car are that there is no sunroof and that there is no navigation in my model.
Alex and Ting were fantastic throughout the buying process. Ting found the vehicle that I was looking for and offered a competitive price. Alex served us through the test drive and explanation of vehicle features. Zack was great in the finance and paperwork stage. I give them all a ten for their efforts.

This car is excellent in performance and it’s a luxurious car that meets all my needs.
I love it and enjoyed driving it.
One of my favorite things in this car is it’s 4 cylinder motor that when driving in turbo mode, it is fast as you can think.
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

I love this car and am sad to sell it but I can’t drive anymore without hand controls. Whoever buys this car will love it and is lucky! Includes additional warranties valued at $4500 until 2021
I returned here recently in search of a car. Kevin communicated with me via email and we worked out numbers that way which was a dream come true. Instead of the pushy dealership tactics of normal he was very frank and accommodating in helping me reach a deal. We drove in at about 5pm of a Friday and drove out with a nicely polished and waxed car in one hour. The buying process was so quick and not aggressive since they don't push all those extras on to the buyer. Even my wife was shocked at how quick everything went. They even filled up the tank before we left which was an extra special touch we weren't expecting. Will definitely be back!
I went in to get my Service A completed for my GLC. The service advisor Don was great! My only complaint was the chat service. I made my appointment through the chat service and also requested a quote for the Service A. The chat representative quoted me $260 but when I asked the person over the counter, it was over $300. The representative at the register informed me the chat representative should not be quoting the fees for services as they are not an employee of the dealership. Hopefully, they get this taken care of soon because that can be misleading.

Having previously owned a BMW Z4, I knew repairs and maintenance are very expensive so I purchased a maintenance warranty at the time of purchasing my pre-owned BMW 328i. Little did I know that the brakes on the BMW 328i 2013 edition would last to 90k. Can you believe it? I can't, but that's what COAST BMW OF SAN LUIS OBISPO is telling me as my maintanence package was about to expire and I asked for (and was promised by the forder finance manager ). Oh, and that they only require oil change every 15,000 miles.....again what my on board computer tells the "service writer". Not much value to a $2600 maintanence package. I got 2 oil changes and 2 sets of wiper blades during the 3 years of the warranty period. I like the car, but dislike the "service" after the financing was done.
Leased my 2019 X3 from BMW Mountain View and I would say that the process was certainly positive. People here were knowledgeable and ready to provide you with any information that might help you with the process. They made sure that you are satisfied with your choice. Overall I would recommend the place to anyone looking for their next purchase.
Recently, we purchased a CPO from Internet Sales Manager JV. He is very responsive to questions, keeps his commitments and is very knowledgeable. He understood what we were looking for and found the perfect car for us! We'll certainly be returning to Concord and JV for our future needs.

The 328i is an excellent all around vehicle. From the exterior to the interior there isn't one feature of this car that will disappoint. This car handles like a fine tuned machine. BMW's are for road enthusiasts and I recommend this car.
Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. When signing the paperwork, there was the typical sales speech to sell me additional services but when I said I was not interested the sales talk stopped.
I had bought a different BMW from another dealer 5 years earlier. That dealer's service department gave me quite poor service. I often had to take my car back to them right after they serviced it. I checked online reviews and found Stevens Creek BMW seemed to have the best reputation. I had bought parts from the Stevens Creek BMW parts department and was quite satisfied with the experience.
I was seriously considering switching from BMW to Mercedes Benz but my experience with and the reputation of Stevens Creek BMW were enough keep me interested in a new BMW even though I have had excellent service provided for my old Mercedes by a nearby dealer.

My first BMW. Fast, comfortable, roomy, and excellent fuel economy. I commute daily, and and impressed by the over 30 mpg mileage. Seat warmers, steering wheel warmer and awd make it a great winter car. Great car made from high quality materials, very dependable and efficient. Great handing is a no brainer its a BMW ?

The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking.
Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.
Today my wife and I went in for an encore genius session at Weatherford BMW with Tony Nguyen . Not only did he greet us with a nice smile, he was very informative, has a wealth of knowledge on our vehicle, and always more than happy to answer all of our questions. Not only did he meet all of our expectations, he exceeded them well making us feel super comfortable . He patiently walk us through every step of the infotainment system and made sure he made the necessary changes to our settings to fit our current lifestyle and driving habit. What a Gem at Weatherford. If you need to see a Genius, I would definitely recommend going to see Tony Nguyen. He???s the BEST.
2015 BMW 328i

The car has met all my needs. I get the best gas milage in ECO Mode of any car I have owned in the past 10 years. In performance Mode the car performs as a BMW should, it is fast off the line and corners smooth as silk. This is my second BMW and I can't imagine driving anything else!
Had a good experience with Ali Samadani and the staff at Weatherford BMW. Took home a 2019 X3 iDrive30i last Friday after a good discussion with him about whether to lease or purchase the car. His over thirty years of experience at the dealership showed in his calm and clear explanations that made everything clear to us first time leasers, my wife and I. Though I walked in convinced I would purchase the car, it was clear at the end leasing was better for me at this point in my life. The environment was beautiful, sitting in a relaxed kind of living room setting and not in a sales cubicle thank goodness. The in-house cafe coffee was good, and though it took a while as always, a lot of paperwork, overall very happy with the experience and even happier with the car. Thanks Weatherford!
