Ihad such a great experience here that it changed my perspective on the whole car buying experience. As soon as I had reached out online to check if the car I was interested in was available, David reached out to me directly and sent me a video of the car. When I got there the process was fast and easy. I got a great deal and didn’t have to spend hours at a dealer. Overall great experience

Opus Motorcars review
Eddie, Robert and Olivia at Opus did a great job helping me purchase a vehicle from Tennessee 500 miles away from their dealership in Michigan. Eddie's answered all my questions, sent me every picture and video I requested. Eddie also recommended a transport broker that took great care transporting my vehicle in a timely manner. Robert is really friendly and nice. Olivia did a wonderful job on the paperwork and communicating about my transport. It was a wonderful experience. Check them out. Thanks everyone!

BMW of Chula VistaReviews
BMW of Chula Vista review
Purchased a pre-owner Toyota Venza from BMW of Chula Vista. I was pretty determined to buy the car and expressed that since the beginning. The car was placed on hold and purchased the following day. Was treated with respect and importance since my arrival. Only complaint is the car had a non negotiable alarm/tracking system that is supposed to help against theft. Was unable to remove it from the purchase and had to pay close to $700 more for the car. It’s a mark up that I didn’t see coming. I was also asked to run a soft pull to place the car on hold. Was explained that this was necessary to make sure they could confirm identity of purchaser. I stood my ground and did not allow any soft pulls to hold car for purchase the following day. That felt deceiving since I thought a soft pull isn’t normally necessary for identity confirmation nor thought it was relevant to place a car on hold.

...and would still have it if field mice hadn't eaten through the electrical system and totaled it (thank you, State Farm). The car was perfect in every way. I guess if anything could have been improved, it would be the shoulder room of the front seats. Then again, they have the 5 Series for that...

Springfield Brothers LLCReviews
Springfield Brothers LLC review
I just bought a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country, they are very friendly and helpful to us. They even said that we could not have the van until they had it detailed the next day. They made buying this car a very pleasant experience and did not stress us out trying to push more vehicles at us. We told them we wanted an inexpensive car and they showed us the lowest priced ones on the lot. I would go back to them again with no hesitation. :)
