I drove three hours from Ventura when I arrived, Massimo showed us to Showroom. He was very open and respectful. He showed me many options. Told me everything in detail about the car packages. In looking around the showroom it is obvious that they are all high end cars in excellent condition. I have been in sales and sales training for 47 years. There were no tricks no pressure or problems. Honest and genuine professionalism. I had a 3 hr drive home and loved the drive. I got in a fender bender July of 2025, the body shop replaced the driver side suspension and steering components, so I was told in my receipt. I went down to BMW of Murietta for an oil change. Their Multi point Inspection (MPI) that they do free with any service, found that my driver strut, 6 months after being replaced, was leaking. After a few phone calls, BMW worked with the body shop warranty to replace the part and leave my vehicle running just like new. Advisor: Ronaldo Toledo great advisor and someone I can call a friend.
