Excellent experience with BMW of Cincinnati North. I was buying remote and Matt made the process seamless. He made sure everything was perfect before I traveled to get the vehicle. He was going on vacation when I was to pick up the vehicle so he introduced me to Conner who finalized my transaction and supported me through the final steps and helped me get to know my new vehicle. End to end a solid experience!!!

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

GTX Auto Group INCReviews
GTX Auto Group INC review
this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

2021 BMW 330 review
This is a solid, luxury car that performs like a sports car but still gets close to 40 mpg on the highway. Spacious interior and truck gives you plenty of leg room for 4 adults. The trunk is huge for a compact. Overall, one of the best sports sedans I’ve owned compared to previous Mercedes and Lexus vehicles.

I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla from Chris Ward, and I highly recommend working with him. He answered all of my questions and made the buying process smooth and hassle-free. He never pressured me into anything and met me where I was at. The car was the cheapest new Corolla I found in the area. After my purchase, I decided to cancel a warranty I no longer wanted. The customer service team who answered calls were really helpful and the person who assisted me, Sean, made it quick and simple. All in all, very happy!

Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

2017 BMW 330 review
The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

These guys rock they took a sad disabled veteran and put him in a luxury ride and made him smile(me)
2020 BMW 330 review
I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. The ride is smooth as silk and the price is definitely doable. If you're in Georgia check out Tolli Poff at BMW Gwinnett. You won't be disappointed!

Beechmont SubaruReviews
Beechmont Subaru review
My fist ever Subaru purchase was a 2025 Impreza RS. The experience here with Connor and Mike and team could not have been a more enjoyable experience. When Subaru of America called me to make sure my inquiries and questions had answered I could tell them yes. So far it’s been fantastic both in the vehicle itself and my experience with the dealership. I can’t wait to for my demo and features session!
2021 BMW 330 review
This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

I came in for standard maintenance of oil change and I was very easy just drop my car off and they called me when car was ready.
2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

BMW of Cincinnati NorthReviews
BMW of Cincinnati North review
BMW North of Cincinnati is a perfect example of excellent customer service. From beginning to end Roger helped us identify, test drive and eventually buy the perfect car for us. He made the process easy, flexible, comprehensive and enjoyable. He gave us honest, candid and well informed advice and did so in a manner that made us feel he had our best intentions in mind. Compare this with the less than satisfactory customer service we received at The BMW Store of Cincinnati, BMW North is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy your new (or pre owned) dream car. All in all, if you’re looking to buy a new BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW North and asking for Roger! Thank you BMW North!!!🩵💙❤️

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

This car is amazing. I love the power and the way it handles. I had a vette before buying my BMW and I love the BMW more than the vette. You will not be disappointed.

CarMax LexingtonReviews
CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2021 BMW 330 review
I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.
