The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
The sales members treated me politely and we're NOT pushy at all. Pricing was transparent and they worked hard to make then pricing attractive. The service members are very kind and helped me out get the right options and accessories. They also we're very accommodating to my work schedule.
From start to finish, Tim Staggestad and his GM, provided me with a customized experience like I have never seen during other car lease or purchase processes. They delivered on every promise and every deadline; and in the end, I can say I made a couple new friends!

Wonderful service. Fast and efficient. Dylan made sure to keep me consistently updated throughout my visit and the customer lounge had several options. During the visit Shad showed me some of the new vehicles available as well as options in the event of a future purchase. Can not recommend the dealer enough. My salesman Kyle Harrell has given excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the dealership. He ordered me a new vehicle and has kept me updated throughout the whole process. I never felt high pressured to get anything other than exactly what I wanted, that includes the final paperwork with the Finance Manager.
I am usually not very fond of the process of having to go to the dealership, talk to the sales people, test drive, negotiate and all the stuff required to get a new car. And, I do not really like most of the sales people, not only at the car dealership, but overall all sales people. However, my experience at BMW Seattle was a little different. I did not meet any people working there not nice or helpful or arrogant(I have seen people like that at other high end car dealership before). I really liked the way the whole transaction went with Michael and Andy, the finance guy. They were not very pushy at all and they explained things well, and very polite. I would highly recommend Michal as your sales person when you buy your next BMW.
I was able to purchase a truly exceptional Golf turbo diesel! My salesman was low key & helpful in every way. When I decided to cancel an extended warranty the finance manager (Joe) was also very helpful. I was able to drive to the dealership & pick up my refund check with no difficulty. The cars that Quality Auto Center has in stock all seem to be exceptional.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend!
I brought my new 2018 X1 in for its first oil change and service. I love BMW of Seattle! Denise took awesome care of my wife and I. She checked us in and got us a ride to Pikes Place Market and arranged to have us picked up when our car was ready. It was just like clock work. I have been a customer for over 4-years and have purchased 2 cars so far. I am super happy with this dealer. I feel they are fair, and I have even gone back to them for other repairs from them - all great. I like their antique cars, too.
Leo and Bryan were great to do business with. They both came in on a Sunday even though their dealership was closed. There was no pressure to buy and they were willing to wait while I made a decision and ask about other cars they had in stock. Very professional and very good customer service. I’ve already told people I know looking to buy a car to check out the dealership.
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
