Took my Disco due to Tire sensor issues, they checked me in promptly, service advisor Robin was ok, it never hurts to smile a little bit - car rental was quick and easy. Car was fixed by the next day. I believe Alina assisted Mr at the time of picking up the car, she was nice and friendly. Overall, Excellent service.
We found the Mercedes we never thought we would have. It’s a white 2014 gl450 and it was obviously well taken care of before us. We dealt with Rick who was very responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was pleasant to talk to. The cars they have on their showroom are insane. It kept my 10 yo and 7 yo occupied, kind of like Disneyland for car enthusiasts except you cannot touch anything. :) We worked the deal and came to agreement on terms, much better that I thought we would. Most of the communication was through text messaging which is perfect. We went to the dealer to test drive on a Friday and after some more research and a little comparison shopping we bought on the following Wednesday. With Rick’s help this was the car for us. Very low pressure and very helpful. I bought the extended warranty, originally the price was too high the finance guy came back “at cost” who knows, but after calling around and checking online I feel like we got an awesome deal on that too.
A thorough inspection and check-up was done very well to our vehicle, clearing any issues we saw (and didnt see) out of the way and finishing earlier than anticipated! Great mechanical and customer service.
Robyn Meyer has been my service advisor for many years now through a couple of Jags...she is a real gem, knows her stuff, and really looks out for my interests in anticipating issues and diagnosing exactly. She's the main reason I come back to Bellevue Jag for my XJL servicing.
The staff were incredibly accommodating. For being one of the first appointments of the day to pick up. The loaner vehicle was clean and fun to drive. My car was clean and washed- she felt like a new car!
Karina Kirkmire did an outstanding job of assisting me with any questions I had, and being a top notch professional. She was not pushy and she was very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her. Finance Manager Rachel Abielmona was also very helpful and a great communicator with any questions I had.
Keith in sales is top drawer, he found the vehicle with the options that best suited our business, and gave us all the information we needed to make a comprehensive decision - with out pressure to buy. He then turned us over to Coleah in finance , for a seamless close to our purchase. Nice job MB Seattle, we will be back.
This dealership was top notch! Josiah and Mike went above and beyond to get us a deal that we would feel great about when leaving the dealership. The gave us our options as far as negotiating, but never pushy what-so-ever; which was a great change from other dealership experiences. They followed up with us step by step, and make it a fantastic experience. Lisa, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and also didn't push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. I would love to have a chance to buy from them again in the future!! Highly recommend!
We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at

We appreciate the time and patience that Steve Lewis gave us while selecting a car at Elliott Bay Motors. Unfortunately I have some disabilities that makes car shopping a bit more challenging. Steve was very patient , and accommodating during the whole process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Thank you again Steve for all your help.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. First they did an inspection of the damage, to make sure they ordered the correct parts. The parts were ordered, and I received a call when they came in. When I dropped my car off the gave me a loner car, and the next morning recieved a text that my car was ready. Overall it was a good experience.
Sally is lovely, but this is the second time they have forgotten to wash and vacuum my car when it was in for service. It may seem trite, but in this rainy cold northwest weather, I DO NOT want to be out washing and vacuuming my car this time of the year. They had my car from 8am one day until noon the next day. When I noticed it wasn't vacuumed, she asked if I wanted to wait for it to be done. I DO NOT always have time in my schedule to wait around for things like this to be done. Please do it during the 28 hours that you had the car. When I bought a Range Rover and paid Range Rover prices, I expected the service to be near perfection. When I arrived home, I also noticed that it hadn't been washed. Very disappointed.
Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff at Bickford Ford that helped me with purchasing my new vehicle. I have purchased vehicles here before from Dave, and will continue to refer him and Bickford to others. Michael did a good job showing me the features in my new vehicle.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
