BMW mini took great care to provide an excellent service experience!! From the initial greeting to my service advisor, Oscar, walking me through the plan for the day and respecting my opinion to the video of repairs sent by the service team to the final check out. Also, i was provided a darling new loaner car. All was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Imd Motors Richardson review
I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. I just recommend you do your own research on the particular car your looking at. I did not and still got a good deal. Ask for Jesse.
2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I have purchased several vehicles from Kathy and had excellent experiences on each occasion. She is very knowledgeable and always looking out for what is best for my family...even out cat Molly. Staff is always friendly and they have the best coffee machine for me and snacks and video game for the kids. I am a life long customer. Thank for all you do!!
2021 BMW 330 review
I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Autobahn BMW Fort Worth review
Jimmy Featherston is the guy to go to! I recently bought my new BMW, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I’m loving my new ride, and it truly feels like the ultimate driving machine! Huge thanks to Autoban BMW Fort Worth for making this happen
2022 BMW 330 review
The car has been an absolute joy to own. It’s never disappointed me. It feels very luxurious — from the comfortable seats to the overall ride quality, safety features, and reliability. It’s also a real head-turner with a sleek design and plenty of power when you want it. It strikes a perfect balance between performance and comfort.

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

where do I even start?! Rene was friendly, open, and honest, so easy to deal with. I 100% recommend Rene Renteria for your car buying needs!
2020 BMW 330 review
I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. The ride is smooth as silk and the price is definitely doable. If you're in Georgia check out Tolli Poff at BMW Gwinnett. You won't be disappointed!

MINI of DallasReviews
MINI of Dallas review
Got to the dealership a little early. One service guy was helping another customer. I appreciate his efforts to help her but we waited for about 20 minutes to actually be assisted. I was in for my first service appointment. Two plus hours later, I basically got an oil change and was told that my tires needed rotating but that I should get an alignment as well so that I didn’t mess up the rotation. So, oil change and no tire rotation! I was also told that I could do the alignment and tire rotation at BMW Tyler so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Dallas. Hmmmm. How about you just do the rotation with the service. I left for about 2 hours and came back to the waiting room. I had to go up to the service guy twice to see where my car was at. The second time I went up, I asked about the car and he said he wondered as well. He called the service department and quickly went and got my car. I have to say, my service guy was very nice. But the dealership is very quiet. None of the employees seem to engage with one another. There is a weird atmosphere in the building as if no one likes one another. Not sure I’ll go back there unless I have a major issue. One last thing, apparently they wash your car for you. I was asked if I was waiting around, which I was. I was told that if i got the car wash that it would push me past the 2 hour mark. Well, I didn’t need a car wash if that was the case. I opted out of getting one. The funny thing is, I went past the 2 hour mark, only got an oil change and no car wash.
