Grace Auto GroupReviews
Grace Auto Group review
Drove 2 hours to look at a Mercedes Grace Auto Group had on their lot. I had several questions regarding the vehicle before driving 2 hours to test drive it. My questions were promptly addressed and answered. The car was in excellent condition as advertised. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the vehicle! My salesman Blenner was a joy to work with and made the process smooth and pleasant. We also met with Rob the Manager who went over the final cost of the vehicle in detail. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend. Would also like to mention Adam who recommended a great restaurant nearby for lunch while my new car was getting cleaned and ready to drive home!!

Excellent service! My advisor (Mike) was friendly and took the time to explain everything. The service tech sends a video of what they inspected. I appreciate that they provided a loaner car, but the inside was dirty (used tissue in armrest and the film inside the windshield was blinding when sunlight hit it)
