Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.
2021 BMW 530 review
It's my 5th 5 series BMW. 21' Arctic pearl white 530i with cognac Dakota leather vented seats. Absolutely amazing car. Smooth as glass acceleration, handling and braking. Large like an an old 7 series. 44 miles to the gallon doing over a 100mph going to Arizona in eco mode. The Sport mode is kick ass and noticibly quicker and tighter handeling. When I test drove her I thought for sure it was a 6 cylinder, it wasn't. 4 cylinder twin turbo. I wanted the straight 6 but was $12,000 more...to much. Each night I still go out to the garage and look at her before going to bed. Will be buying it 4/24 when lease expires. Greg

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South CharlotteReviews
Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
After moving to Charlotte in 2019 I shopped for a SUV that could accommodate long trips, two sets of golf clubs and luggage. After test driving all the vehicles available on Independence Blvd we chose the 2020 BMW X5 from the Hendrick dealer. Our decision was based on the quality of the vehicle and the courtesy, professionalism and genuine "hospitality" we experienced from the culture that the Hendrick organization exhibited. Since then they have opened their Certified Pre-owned dealership on South Ave and I have used the South group for all of my service and warranty needs. Kevin P. (service) and Justin L. (service mgr.) continue to exhibit the same courtesy, professionalism that originally caused us to select the Hendrick BMW group for our new purchase. My recent visit included a oil change, starter replacement (recall) and an extensive diagnostic and repair for an electrical issue that entailed a wiring harness replacement. During that effort I was provided a loaner (2026 X3) and continued updates via Kevin on their progress. All, except the oil change, were covered by the Hendrick extended warranty. This is the first time in my life I have ever endorsed a "car dealership". I will continue to share my experiences with the Hendrick group and the quality individuals they have on board.

Usually my husband takes care of getting the car serviced. This was one of the first times I've gotten the task done. From driving into the building, to picking up the car after service, my experience was really smooth. By the way, my experiences with BMW have always been handled in a timely & gracefully manner.

2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

Best buying, selling and service center I've every experienced! They are doing it right! I rarely write these but am blown away by the staff and quality here!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!

Awesome vehicle! The color is my type, interior is a show off. Comfort is great. The speakers could be more bass. The 530i suits my personality, my comfort level and economics.

So well designed, engineered, and manufactured, just an awesome sedan, well worth it! CPO purchase means great warranty and at the same time avoiding a 40% depreciation if bought new!

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.
