Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

Perillo BMWReviews
Perillo BMW review
I had an exceptional experience with Michael Romero. I contacted him about a BMW X2 and he confirmed the vehicle was in stocked. I came in the dealership 30 minutes later where I was directed to him. Upon our interaction he was very responsive and respectful. I told him about my concerns dealing with the BMW dealership in Naperville. He ensured me that he would provide me with full transparency. He showed me the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it. I was very impressed and wanted to discuss the financial aspects of the vehicle. Michael was very knowledgeable & honest. The numbers worked out and he provided me with a full break down of the car fax and the performance of the car. Lastly, after picking up the car he set up my bmw app and spent time being attentive making sure I understood how my car performed. I was thankful with how he presented my car with a cute bow and how he made sure I had a full tank of gas, all my questions was answered. He even followed up days later to ask about my experience. Please, visit this location and ask for Michael R he’s enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. Thanks again.

Laurel BMW of WestmontReviews
Laurel BMW of Westmont review
I recently purchased a used Mazda from Laurel BMW of Westmont, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. What really stood out was the straightforward approach. There were no unnecessary upsells or attempts to pressure me into buying additional products or services. Everything was explained clearly, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. A special thank-you to Vesna, who was fantastic to work with. She was professional, responsive, and made the entire buying process easy and as stress-free as possible. I truly appreciated her honesty and communication. I would highly recommend Laurel BMW to anyone looking for a vehicle. Even though I purchased a used Mazda rather than a BMW, I feel I was treated with the same level of attention, professionalism, and care that I would expect when purchasing a brand-new BMW. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish!

Awesome car buying experience! My daughter's first car and they made the process quick and easy. Rami and Jacob are the best! From the show room to the car selection... they show class, care, and luxury. Would definitely buy from here again.
2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

Baha Auto SalesReviews
Baha Auto Sales review
I bought a 2020 Tesla Model X at Baha after seeing it on Cars.Com. The listed price was really good so the only issue was the value of my trade-in. Mason made me a reasonable offer after I emailed pictures, then emailed me a Bill of Sale so I knew all the costs before I arrived. When I got there they took my 2016 Tesla Model S for a test drive and upped their trade-in offer by $2000 without any negotiation by me. They look like a typical corner used car lot with cars packed in, but they have a lot of nice cars. They listed my trade-in at a very attractive price. It will be a great deal for someone. Pro Tip: If you're coming from the north, don't get off I-94 at Cicero. Take the next exit east and enjoy a more relaxing drive to North Avenue.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

BMW of Orland ParkReviews
BMW of Orland Park review
I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

Mateen has been very helpful in our decision as to which vehicle to choose. He laid out options and scenarios that guided our decisions. Mateen was open to questions, he provided clear answers and has kept a pleasant and cheerful demeanor throughout our transaction that we left happy and content. Highly recommend him.

Guaranteed Motor CarsReviews
Guaranteed Motor Cars review
Guarantee motors is a amazing dealership Brion, my car salesman was totally amazing along with AJ the manager. The whole process was simple, and so fast and easy. I was in and out in a timely manner in addition to that I also was given a good offer for my trade. Which helped me to make the decision to purchase my 2019 Audi A8L which I totally love. In fact, I have a peace of mind because I was given the option to purchasing an extended warranty to cover any major repairs that can possibly occurred during ownership of my new vehicle purchase. In closing, I know for sure I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will also send friends and family their way when it's time to purchase a new car or a first time buyer. Thanks. Again, guaranteed motors, Brion and AJ shout out to you guys. You guys are totally amazing you both rock keep up the nice work.

Perillo BMWReviews
Perillo BMW review
Another great experience at Joe Perillo BMW with Michael Fezatte. He made the whole process very simple and turned around our new car search from first contact to leaving showroom with the chosen vehicle (complete with custom spec) in less than 7 days. He understood what we were looking for and delivered a no nonsense, enjoyable buying experience. We will be back again.

Heller Chevrolet GMCReviews
Heller Chevrolet GMC review
We found our vehicle on line and messaged about it. We were told it was sold, However, the next day we got a call from Hunter stating that it was in fact, not sold and to come as soon as we could. He had the vehicle warmed up for us and ready to take on a test drive. Cory Who is the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. Holly and their finance department is an amazing person. I would recommend anybody who needs a car to go to Heller. When you buy from them, it’s like you’re buying from family.

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
