AutoNation USA Gulf FreewayReviews
AutoNation USA Gulf Freeway review
I cannot recommend this location enough after the excellent service and very good experience I had with my first time financing a vehicle. Cesar Rodriguez and Raul Silva both worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs within my price range. These gentleman were extremely patient and professional when handling the sale. I would also like to thank Mark and Brandon in financial services. They both persisted through technical difficulties in order to deliver excellent customer service all the way to the end. I would absolutely recommend this location if you’re in the market for a used vehicle and I will be returning in the future!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I can always count on BMW Of CLEAR LAKE to deliver amazing world class service. Every visit in the last 10 years have been stress free. Kudos to Omar and Fidel and their total customer service attitude of always willing to help when needed by all the service staff especially the teams effort to resolve the window fogging issue. I could not be happier with this dealership.

I had a wonderful experience with the BMW service department! The entire team was efficient, quick, and worked so well together to get my car taken care of. A special thank-you to Mr. Bryant, who went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. He did an outstanding job getting the necessary authorizations, arranging for the parts, and making sure my repairs and tire were handled as quickly as possible so I could get back into my own car. I truly appreciated his professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication throughout the process. Mr. Bryant is a tremendous asset to the service department. His care and follow-through made all the difference, and I?m so grateful for his help. Thank you to him and the entire team for providing such exceptional service!

AutoNation Toyota Gulf FreewayReviews
AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the dealership while shopping for a new or used 4Runner. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was dealing with people who genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply trying to make a sale. A huge thank you to Carla and Will in the Sales Department. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. That made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I originally came in considering both new and used 4Runners and was honestly prepared to go either direction depending on the numbers. Carla and Will worked with me, went over all of my options, and helped me find a deal that I honestly wasn?t expecting. After looking at everything, I ended up purchasing a brand-new 4Runner, and I couldn?t be happier with the decision. The deal I received was absolutely amazing, and I truly feel like I got tremendous value for my money. The entire process was handled professionally from start to finish, and there were no games, unnecessary pressure, or surprises. That?s extremely important to me when making a major purchase. It?s rare these days to have a dealership experience where you leave feeling like you were actually taken care of, but that?s exactly how I felt here. Carla and Will went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota, especially if you?re in the market for a 4Runner. Thank you again to Carla, Will, and the entire team for making what can sometimes be a stressful process such a great experience. I love my new 4Runner and couldn?t be happier with the deal and the way I was treated. Five stars all the way!

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

BMW of Houston North review
Everyone who worked with me was phenomenal, especially the sales respresentive, Mike Russo. He was patient, diligent, hard-working, and very kind. I would not be in this gorgeous new BMW if it weren't for his excellent salesmanship. The general manager was attentive and professional. The financial department was quick, efficient, and personable during signing. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was impeccably detailed and waiting in the glass-encased parking spot donned with a red bow. Wonderful experience. Even with a 3 1/2 hour commute to this dealership, I will be back and recommending BMW of North Houston to others.

From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk.
