I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
I've been thinking about buying an electric car for a while but really didn't want a Tesla. I decided to call into BMW South to see what they had in terms of options. I was routed to Zac and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different options that they had. I wound up scheduling an appointment and stopping in later that week. Right off the bat I was very impressed with there EV offerings. Zac quickly helped me narrow it down to a few options and later that evening I took one home. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back on the next one.

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
I wanted something fun to drive that was still practical. I ave always admired BMWs but never owned one my self. Stopped in on the way home one day and was warmly greeted and matched with Zack. He was extremely helpful in answering any and all of my questions. After some suggestions on his end I took a look at a few cars. After finding the right model he searched for different colors and options. A few days later I got to drive home in my new (to me) m440. Would gladly consider working with him again.

2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

Troy was pleasantl and extremely helpful The only thing I was disappointed is that you have a new policy of not renting or allowing us to borrow a car when our vehicle is being serviced, especially on a brand new vehicle.

I brought my car in for a battery check and swap out if required. I had an appointment time and my car was received promptly. Work was done and completed as expected. The Service Advisor ( Stanley ) was incredible! He kept me updated and was extremely customer focused as well as attentive to the repairs being performed. It was one of the best experiences I have had at the dealership. My assessment is that Stanley has a bright future. He has only been a service advisor for a short time but his interactions were far beyond his timeline in the job. Very impressive!!

Adams North Charlotte review
Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.
