Purchasing a car is always a tedious and nerve racking experience for me in the past so I was nervous coming in but they made the whole process a breeze.
2017 BMW 530 review
This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Passport BMW review
I purchased a Portimao Blue certified pre-owned 2025 BMW I4 xDrive40, after trading in my Aventurin Red 2024 BMW X3. I called and spoke with someone named Teric, explained what I was looking to do. He said the car was available and to come by... he'll have it ready outside for me to test drive. This was 11:30AM on a Saturday, seemed very nice and we started texting to keep each other in the loop. I texted over my VIN and mileage ahead of time on my X3. Went to eat lunch and headed over and met 1:15pm, as planned. I gave him the keys to the X3, we went for a test drive... I loved the car. I showed then the quote I got from Carmax, they not only matched it but came up on the trade offer being they couldn't budge on the sales price. At the end of the day, they earned my business and were extremely cordial throughout the process. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price, they got a great trade in vehicle in return. Also, finance office did not try to sell me on anything... this was such a great car buying experience. And as someone who plans to stay with the brand, I will be coming back here for my next purchase. I live closer to the Silver Spring BMW dealership, literally 10 min away. But I will put up with the 40 minutes of traffic on my way to Passport BMW, because this is how the car buying experience should go!

They were focused in getting my business. Unfortunately, they are merely serving their own interest to profit from their consumers. I was impressed how diligently they were to get me approved. But failed at negotiating a deal that would have been a win-win for buyer and seller. I lost out on getting my dream car due to price gouging and predatory lending.

I recently purchased a 2020 BMW 540i, and I could not be happier with my experience. This is actually my second vehicle from this dealership, and once again, they have proven why they are my go-to choice. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the environment was welcoming, professional, and entirely stress-free. A huge thank you goes out to Wali and Diana, who went above and beyond to take care of me throughout the entire process. They are an incredible team—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made the entire buying process smooth and seamless from start to finish. What truly sets this place apart is that they are a remarkably honest dealership. They are completely honest with their pricing and fully transparent about their vehicles, providing all the details upfront with absolutely no hidden surprises or shady sales tactics. It is rare to find a dealership that operates with this level of integrity, and it gives me total peace of mind as a returning customer. As for the car itself, it is immaculate. Just like my first purchase here, they specialize in very clean vehicles, and this BMW 540i looks and drives like it is brand new. If you want a straightforward, honest, and high-quality car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Wali and Diana!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Great selection of cars. Everyone there are helpful and honest, and have made my buying experience super easy. I would not go anywhere else!
2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

Jon Garrett, Sales Consultant at Passport BMW, exceeded my expectations. From my first inquiry about the 2026 BMW X3, Jon was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed real passion for his work and care for his customers. The process was efficient and stress-free. Jon respected my time and completed the transaction in a couple of hours, as promised. Jon’s professionalism and warmth made the experience enjoyable. He introduced me to Jay, the finance manager, who was also outstanding. Jay’s expertise and attention to detail stood out. He explained everything transparently and made sure I felt confident and informed. His professionalism made the paperwork process smooth and pleasant. Neb, a true BMW guru, took the time to walk me through every new feature of my X3. He answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Neb made me feel comfortable with the technology and genuinely excited about my new car. While training Marie, who was also exceptionally professional and eager to learn, Neb ensured nothing was overlooked. Their teamwork and support were evident. I felt I was in the best possible hands. The Passport BMW team exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my best BMW purchase yet—I've bought six before. I deeply appreciate the care, expertise, and dedication from Jon, Jay, Neb, and Marie. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a world-class car-buying experience. I look forward to working with them again and will share my positive experience with friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience outstanding and unforgettable.

I had an outstanding experience at Merle’s Autogroup, and I can’t thank Big Moe and Alex enough for everything they did to help me purchase my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. From the beginning, Big Moe took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to make it happen. He never pressured me, kept me informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted. A huge thank you as well to Alex, the Finance Manager, who made the financing process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked hard to secure financing that fit my budget, and made the paperwork quick and easy. Together, Big Moe and Alex made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer service really stood out. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Big Moe and Alex at Merle’s Autogroup. They’ll treat you right and work hard to make sure you drive away happy. Thanks again for helping me get into my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas!

Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.

CarGet Motors review
I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Carget Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in the market for a vehicle. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and entirely pressure-free. The entire team goes above and beyond to ensure their customers feel valued and comfortable, making what is usually a stressful process completely seamless and enjoyable. A huge shoutout goes to Wali, who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive throughout my visit. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, answered all my detailed questions with patience, and guided me toward the perfect vehicle options without ever being pushy. His expertise and honest approach made it easy to trust that I was making the right decision. The seamless coordination continued thanks to Bola, who handled the operational and logistical details with absolute precision. They made sure the vehicle was in pristine condition, walked me through the paperwork with total transparency, and ensured that every single detail we agreed upon was executed flawlessly. Their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction were deeply impressive. Finally, Daniel wrapped everything up beautifully by making the final steps quick, clear, and incredibly straightforward. He explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I drove off the lot feeling completely confident in my purchase and the support behind it. The teamwork displayed by Wali, Bola, and Daniel is a testament to the top-tier service at Carget Motors, and I will definitely be returning for my future automotive needs!
2021 BMW 530 review
It's my 5th 5 series BMW. 21' Arctic pearl white 530i with cognac Dakota leather vented seats. Absolutely amazing car. Smooth as glass acceleration, handling and braking. Large like an an old 7 series. 44 miles to the gallon doing over a 100mph going to Arizona in eco mode. The Sport mode is kick ass and noticibly quicker and tighter handeling. When I test drove her I thought for sure it was a 6 cylinder, it wasn't. 4 cylinder twin turbo. I wanted the straight 6 but was $12,000 more...to much. Each night I still go out to the garage and look at her before going to bed. Will be buying it 4/24 when lease expires. Greg

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Wali! I had a fantastic experience buying a vehicle from Carget Motors. The entire process was seamless and stress-free from start to finish. The dealership maintains a great selection of high-quality, well-conditioned vehicles, and the professional, welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The highlight of my experience was working with Wali. He is exceptionally honest and transparent, which is a rare find in this industry. Wali never used high-pressure sales tactics; instead, he walked me through every detail of the vehicle history, condition, and pricing with complete integrity. There were absolutely no hidden fees or unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Carget Motors and Wali to anyone looking for a trustworthy, top-tier car-buying experience!

2019 BMW 530 review
This car went beyond my expectations. From the autobahns of Germany to the potholed, unrepaired streets and highways I have to drive here in the US along with avoiding those who drive without any regard for others being on the road my car has performed.

Heller Chevrolet GMCReviews
Heller Chevrolet GMC review
We found our vehicle on line and messaged about it. We were told it was sold, However, the next day we got a call from Hunter stating that it was in fact, not sold and to come as soon as we could. He had the vehicle warmed up for us and ready to take on a test drive. Cory Who is the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. Holly and their finance department is an amazing person. I would recommend anybody who needs a car to go to Heller. When you buy from them, it’s like you’re buying from family.
2024 BMW 530 review
Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.
