Carz4Us review
I recently bought my first car from Carz4us, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. The selection was great, and I found the perfect car within my budget. Highly recommend Carz4us for anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

BMW of Ridgefield review
I had an amazing experience purchasing my car from BMW of Ridgefield. I can't say enough good things about the team--especially Josh and Bob. Josh went completely above and beyond for me. He even took time out of his day off to make sure everything went smoothly, which truly shows his dedication and commitment to his customers. He was patient, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Bob, was also awesome. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and runs his dealership with integrity. From start to finish, the experience was great, and I absolutely love my car. Everything from the car, to the dealership itself was very clean and put together and they were very efficient with timing, etc. I'm so grateful for all their help, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. I would 100% recommend this dealership and would gladly purchase from them again. Thank you again, Josh and Bob!

We stopped in just to get a feel for the Kona and ended up leasing one on the spot. Our salesperson, Stephen, was friendly, helpful, and really answered all of our questions. Most importantly we feel that we got a great deal on a car with the features we were looking for. It is easy to drive and really comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small SUV.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Pieroni was excellent to deal with. I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles. I would buy from Daniel and Park Ave BMW again in a heartbeat. It was painless and efficient as well as a pleasant surprise to deal with an honest, trustworthy car sales representative.

I was so appreciative of the entire staff at Park Ave BMW, namely Betul, Chris, and Ralmy at the body shop! They worked so well with my insurance company to ensure a smooth process, always kept me up to date as to what was going on with my vehicle repairs via text message and calls and having a loaner car available for me was a LIFESAVER!!!! This crew is by far the BEST I have ever come across! I loved the service here so much I'll probably purchase my next BMW through them too! Seriously, the easiest and most stress-free process I've ever had at a dealer. Thank you!!

Park Ave BMW review
Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.
