BMW of Orland Park review
Buying a car can be stressful, but Kemal made it actually enjoyable. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service, we had a few good laughs and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I will definitely be going back and having him help me with my future cars!

I would like to thank Josh Seyfert for the excellent customer service! You made everything so easy! Thank you again Josh Seyfert!
2023 BMW 540 review
A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

2020 BMW 540 review
Hands down this is the best vehicle I've ever owned. It is a well-engineered machine with thoughtful design and elegance. This car is sexy, powerful, and genuinely a joy to drive. This is my first BMW but I have to say, dealing with BMW has been a pleasure all around. I actually don't know if I'll ever buy another brand of car after the experience this BMW has given me. I cannot recommend this car enough if you want quality that lasts.

Integrity ChevroletReviews
Integrity Chevrolet review
This is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I’m older and bought my first new car in the early 1990’s and many more after that, and I can tell you our salesman Kenny was hands down the most responsive, knowledgeable and polite salesman we have ever dealt with. Shopping with your 17 year old son is about as fun as walking on hot coal for a few hours, so having Kenny to help us and answer more questions than we needed to was so reassuring. If I could give Kenny and thus dealership more than 5 stars I would. If you are looking for a dealership with “integrity” this is it, and again salesman Kenny was beyond exceptional.

CarMax HartfordReviews
CarMax Hartford review
I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

My vehicle had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I made the appointment and went in. Brandon Hernandez was my service advisor who not only gave me suggestions on what additional services might be needed but made sure my vehicle was properly inspected AND sent me a video of the inspection. Awesome service. If you need to service your BMW, take it to BMW Fort Lauderdale. A1 service with a smile!

CarMax Independence BoulevardReviews
CarMax Independence Boulevard review
We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.
2021 BMW 540 review
Once again BMW has exceeded my expectations. This car is everything I have come to expect and more! This is our 8th BMW purchase. Nothing else compares to the performance and styling.

I would definitely buy from them again. Dominique and Nate were very helpful. It was a painless, low pressure sales experience.
2023 BMW 540 review
I purchased this car used. It had 35,000 miles when I got it. So far, it’s been a delight. It has reasonable power for what it is (a family sedan). Handling is crisp. There are three drive modes, Econo, Comfort and Sport. The Sport Mode is adjustable to fit your preferred driving style. I haven’t owned a BMW since I had a 2003 E46 330. The 540 is considerably larger, but it doesn’t drive like it. Granted, it has less feel in the steering, and the ride is smoother. But it’s still unmistakably a BMW. It’s definitely geared towards the driver. This car is relaxing to drive. A real pleasure.
