Best driving BMW. Traded in 2013 550i. Torque, acceleration, & handling of new 540 surpasses my old 550. Could use more interior storage. The seats were slightly more Comfortable in my old 550. So far, I'm impressed with the new 540.

2022 BMW 540 review
I recently bought a BMW 540i xdrive. It has ample acceleration, excellent handling on curves, a ride that is neither harsh nor floaty, and gets decent mileage. Wind and road noise are well suppressed, and the Harmon-Kardon stereo system is excellent. The built-in navigation system is also the best of those I've experienced. The trunk is adequate for vacation traveling, the rear seat folds, and there is adequate leg room for rear passengers. The only drawbacks are that the car was over-engineered with three different ways of doing almost everything: voice command, iDrive, and touch screen. The owner's manual is available online and in printed format, but the instructions are difficult to find and to follow. There are some features missing in a passenger car in this price and size segment: rear seat temperature control, and passenger seat memory. I also find the standard front seats a little narrow compared to the Volvo I had been driving.

Leather holds up extremely well, trim pieces are all still in excellent condition after years of use. Absolute joy and pleasure to drive. CARLAND AUTO GROUP LLC review
Id seen this place a bunch of times just driving by since it is pretty close to my house. Im usually kinda skeptical about dealerships but figured why not stop in and check it out. cuple hours later I was leaving with a car a finance option that actually worked for me and a down payment I was comfortable with. Aldo made the whole thing easy, I ain't usually handing out 5 stars like that but… really enjoyed working with him and Carland!

My Dream Car GarageReviews
2018 BMW 540 review
Have put 54K miles on it since new. Fabulous ride and performance. Excellent responsiveness at high speed. The short coming is it is expensive to maintain minor annoyances to keep it perfect. Have to repair the headlight due to "Angel eye" glowing yellow! Way too costly a repair; and an obvious defect in the design of headlights. Should be a Recall, as most cars get this defect after 5 years. Also have to repair the Gibeau joining plate on powertrain line (drive shaft to Differential link). Too soon for that kind of repair. (I would expect the linkage to be good for 100K). If you service at the dealer, like I do out of convenience, everything is costly. I took out a maintenance service plan, it's worth it. (it covers oil changes, brake flushes, transmission fluids, filters, radiator flush).

MINI of Dallas review
BMW mini took great care to provide an excellent service experience!! From the initial greeting to my service advisor, Oscar, walking me through the plan for the day and respecting my opinion to the video of repairs sent by the service team to the final check out. Also, i was provided a darling new loaner car. All was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
2021 BMW 540 review
This is my first new BMW in 10 years. Although a few touches remain the same, the car is mostly a new design. The interior is sumptuous in the cognac color; the light package allows for a change in ambiance and feeling. There are three driving modes that add to the feel of the wheel and car. The new 48 volt electrical system overcomes the stop mode so that I can pull away from a stop with smooth ease. The engine is a power house with a smooth and potent turbo. I added the larger brakes with the red calipers for stopping and looks with the 19" wheels. Very happy with the purchase.

2022 BMW 540 review
I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

My first sight unseen purchase! Never have I ever thought I would be one of the online shoppers for a VEHICLE but Autos of Plano specially Oscar gave me no reason not to go ahead and purchase. I had the confidence after having every question answered in a very timely manner. My BMW showed up at my driveway before when it was promised. I'm very happy to move forward with this, it saved me time, money and it was a great deal!

Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

Gulliver Auto Group review
The staff at Gulliver's was mostly professional and made the process fast and easy. The only person who could be a bit more professional is the finance guy, he’s just a little rough around the edges. Overall I would recommend.

I love this car. I have the 540 m sport and still get compliments on it almost daily. I got the shadow line option also so it’s blacked out cool

Carz City review
Carz city was amazing when it came to my car purchase!! I had a trade in and I feel like they gave me top dollar for it!!! I found the vehicle online and they were so easy to work with over the phone and even when I came in person to secure the deal! They had a game area for our kids to be entertained while we did paperwork. They took care of us and went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them and I would do business with them again! Thanks carz city!!!

AutoNation Ford FriscoReviews
AutoNation Ford Frisco review
I recently purchased a Ford F‑150 and had an outstanding experience working with Jeannie (GM) and Simone (sales consultant). From start to finish, they were both incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. At first, I was hoping to get a Ford Ranger, but it wasn’t available. Jeannie followed up with me for several days, keeping me updated and actively looking for the right vehicle. During the process, I ended up really liking the Ford F‑150 Lariat. Jeanie worked with me to find numbers that fit my budget, ensured everything ran smoothly, and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Also, she took care of the truck's bedliner. I am 100% satisfied with it. Simone also went above and beyond, answering all my questions, sending photos of the vehicles, and even recording a short video when the trucks arrived. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care made a big difference in my experience. I highly recommend working with Jeannie and Simone. They made the entire buying process easy, enjoyable, and stress‑free.

Purchase vehicle must be in the big store, information is correct, service is very good
2019 BMW 540 review
I actually traded a 750i on this car. The 5 is a little smaller, less powerful, and has fewer features. It's also a lot less expensive, it drives better, and in my case it is quieter and has as good of a ride as the 7 did. It comfortably seats 4, 5 can fit, plenty of space in the trunk and it gets excellent mileage for the size of car that it is with a very powerful and smooth engine. I have no complaints. I've had no issues with the car.

Sewell BMW MINI of Plano review
Just finished another service visit on my M8 and as always, Nathan Meyers was great. Friendly, always on time, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain what was needed. There is simply no better place if you own a BMW. I will always come here for service. Thanks Nathan
2023 BMW 540 review
I purchased this car used. It had 35,000 miles when I got it. So far, it’s been a delight. It has reasonable power for what it is (a family sedan). Handling is crisp. There are three drive modes, Econo, Comfort and Sport. The Sport Mode is adjustable to fit your preferred driving style. I haven’t owned a BMW since I had a 2003 E46 330. The 540 is considerably larger, but it doesn’t drive like it. Granted, it has less feel in the steering, and the ride is smoother. But it’s still unmistakably a BMW. It’s definitely geared towards the driver. This car is relaxing to drive. A real pleasure.

Purchased 2009 Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner. Excellent experience and priced Lower than all comparable models at local dealerships. Priced lower than most private party values... Love the "no-haggle" pricing! Excellent service
2023 BMW 540 review
A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.
