These guys are the best. I worked with Product Specialist Tom Berra, Sales Manger Kevin Stine, and Finance Manager Chris Shelton, and they were all an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, and transparency. The car was shipped out of state and there were delivery issues unrelated to the dealership, but Tom and Kevin bent over backwards to see it through. Highly recommended!

Service was excellent! They really got the ball rolling and moved things along. Got everything done over the weekend and made this out of state purchase a breeze. I highly recommend this sales team and the entire staff that helped me with my M5 purchase. Great job and I will be purchasing from you again.

Car does everything. The only thing that this car cannot do is fly. The BMW seven series is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend anyone to take it for a drive and you’re sold.

I was extremely pleased with my experience, Tom was a great sales consultant and Jack was a finance wizard, ensuring I was comfortable with everything. This was one of the most transparent and pleasant buying experiences I have had.

BMW of Bloomfield HillsReviews
BMW of Bloomfield Hills review
I had an excellent experience at BMW from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I especially appreciated the level of communication and attention to detail. Every question I had was answered clearly, I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire experience. The team made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything before I left. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and reflected the premium experience you would expect from BMW. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Five stars!

BMW of Sarasota review
I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. Carlos represents BMW of Sarasota with integrity and a high degree of professionalism.

Took my X2 in for a 50,000 mile service and my cheerful and friendly service advisor Joel Musipha did an outstanding job identifying cost-saving measures, keeping me up to date during the service, arranging for rides from and back to the dealership, and speeded me through the payment process so I could head home in my well-serviced car.
