Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz SprinterReviews
Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
2024 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Great prices good service very polite and knowledgeable staff. I bought a car from used car super store. After being tricked by lots of dealers and sales guys I was referred to them by a fiend of mine and I am glad I did go there and ended up buying a car. Very honest and straightforward sales staff.

Another great experience at Joe Perillo BMW with Michael Fezatte. He made the whole process very simple and turned around our new car search from first contact to leaving showroom with the chosen vehicle (complete with custom spec) in less than 7 days. He understood what we were looking for and delivered a no nonsense, enjoyable buying experience. We will be back again.

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

Dreyer & Reinbold BMW North review
I worked with Virginia to purchase a Jeep for my daughter, and the process couldn't have been easier. I shop nationwide for the best deals and service for my fleet, and Dreyer & Reinbold MINI was second to none. From the competitive pricing to the overall customer experience, I couldn't be happier. Virginia was able to put the entire deal together and have the vehicle ready for pick-up within 48 hours. She had all the documents ready to sign and drive (I flew in from Maryland) and got me on the road back home within the hour. My daughter was thrilled with the Jeep, and I was beyond delighted with Virginia and the entire team. If you're looking for the best deal and the best experience, call Virginia at Dreyer & Reinbold MINI - you won't regret it!

Driven Auto of Oak ForestReviews
Driven Auto of Oak Forest review
I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.

We had a great experience purchasing a new 2026 Genesis GV70 for my wife. She was very excited, and Talal made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. Everyone at Genesis of Carmel was welcoming, and we really appreciated the excellent customer service. We would definitely recommend Talal and Genesis of Carmel.

Northside Auto review
Working With Northside Auto and Chad, was one of the smoothest and pleasant experiences we have had with buying a car. Chad was thorough, informative, genuine, straight forward and accommodating. We were coming in from out of state and Chad and his team kept the shop open till we got there (1hr late). He had all our docs in a row ready to be signed. I would definitely consider Chad and Northside Auto for my future auto purchases!!! Mark

Happy to find a dealer that specializes in EV vehicles! We knew what we wanted to look at and never felt pressured into a purchase. Mitch insisted that we drive the vehicle (even though we own the same name and model already). I appreciate the quick and painless experience!

BMW Of Bloomington review
Bruce Spencer is the best! He is so knowledgeable... always able to answer any question we have about the vehicle we are purchasing. He's very patient...wants to be sure that he has educated us on all aspects of the vehicle. He always offers, "If you have any questions that may arise after you leave, please let me know and we can go over them or we can set up a time for you to come in." Always takes good care of us.

Great group of highly professional people, I purchased my Subaru a few years back and two BMW’s. My last 2025 BMW X1 which I love and got it a couple of months ago, the Salesman Chris Conwell. Chris went above and beyond, he made the purchase experience very easy while helping me getting the right vehicle and options. Kudos to the team, highly recommend Chris on your next vehicle purchase. Give you five stars…👏👏
