My wife and I dropped in to BMW Certified Pre-owned and were quickly welcomed and paired with a salesperson. His name was Zach and proved to be a good match. He was very knowledgeable about the iX and helped us make an informed decision. We narrowed it down to a couple different ones and a few days later drove away in our new (to us) iX. We couldn't be happier with the experience as well as our purchase. Would happily recommend them to anyone we know.

2024 BMW i5 review
This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.
