BMW of Murrieta review
Whenever my wife?s Z4 needs service she always asks for Victoria Guthery to be her Service Advisor. Victoria takes the time to listen and to ask the right questions so that her technicians can resolve our issues the first time. When I scheduled our last visit, I asked if someone could go on a test drive with me to better understand the problem, and within a few minutes of arriving for our appointment, she had a technician ready to go. Victoria always keeps us updated on our car?s status and follows up afterwards to insure we are satisfied. Whenever I can?t go with my wife I have total confidence Victoria will take care of her and treat her fairly.
2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

Upon arrival always have been greeted with a very warm welcome. Service Department , Ruben Garcia has always been so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all explains all issues clearly. I appreciate his honesty when he gives the wait time for service on my vehicles. At the end of service, I appreciate the full inspection report done by the technician, that is also explained by Ruben in detail, always with a smile and makes the review very comfortable. Side note… each time I have been to Riverside BMW, all employees including the the cleaning staff, definitely acknowledge the customer either with a good morning or a smile. A smile goes a long way 😊

I always bring my BMW’s to this location Diana is by far the best at giving cheerful, friendly, personable service, totally awesome. Ernie is really cool at customer service, checking the car in for maintenance etc. I’m happy with the loaner vehicles they have I can use when I can’t wait. Their lobby and restrooms are clean, organized, they have nice bottles of water and hot chocolate selections, nice cushion seats or charging stations for electronic devices. Very good at giving thorough diagnostics, video and descriptions sent to my email. A comprehensible billing statement.

Riverside BMW made getting my new car incredibly easy. Jimmy listened to what I wanted and came back with exactly the car and deal I needed before I even stepped foot in the dealership. The entire process was smooth, fast, and completely stress free. No games, no pressure, just honest communication and great service from start to finish. I never would have imagined I would have a car this beautiful in my driveway. This was truly the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I could not be happier with my new BMW and I highly recommend Jimmy and the team at Riverside BMW. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BMW of Carlsbad review
Returned to BMW of Carlsbad for another vehicle. Roy & Corey were great to deal with and the GM, Davin, was instrumental in getting the exact vehicle I needed at a price that was more than fair. I recommend this dealer and will keep returning, and referring them business. Thank you!
2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

CardinaleWay Volkswagen Corona review
Jay R was super helpful, called me when a shipment arrived. I went down with my wife and bought a new Mazda CX50. I was very satisfied with the experience, and I love the car.
2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

Sterling BMWReviews
Sterling BMW review
This review is for sales. I live in Northern California but found a car that was optioned the way that I wanted at Sterling. I started an online chat and reached Joseph, the internet sales manager. He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. He arranged for transport of my car and even came in early to personally ensure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Awesome experience
