Leo was great from start to finish. Bought a used Lexus hybrid that I found online and he had it prepped super fast so I could come in and see it. The previous owner hadn’t yet dropped off the second key but Leo followed up and made sure I got it. The wait for finance was way too long but otherwise great experience.

Hayward Nissan review
Best car purchase I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve purchased several in my lifetime HAYWARD NISSAN IS THE BEST…
2023 BMW iX review
Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.

Jake Villierme was exceptionally helpful throughout my trade-in process. He consistently kept me informed with regular calls and updates regarding the 2026 Tesla Model Y I was considering. His communication was straightforward and transparent, which made the entire experience seamless. After test-driving the Model Y, I was thoroughly impressed by its performance and design. Additionally, the team went above and beyond by meticulously detailing the vehicle and expertly buffing out several minor imperfections on the EV, ensuring it looked pristine before delivery.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Khalil Mannah at Peterpan BMW to purchase a BMW X3, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Khalil went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. First and foremost, Khalil was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different features and options available on the BMW X3. He took the time to patiently walk me through each detail and explain the pros and cons of different packages and add-ons, which helped me make an informed decision about which options I wanted on my car. Throughout the purchasing process, Khalil was also very responsive and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, and he was always available to help me with anything I needed. He also worked hard to negotiate a great price for me, and i got a fantastic deal. Overall, I would highly recommend Khalil Mannah and Peterpan BMW to anyone looking to purchase a BMW or any other high-quality vehicle.

I recently purchased a BMW i4 from Adam Locke, and I can't speak highly enough about the service he provided. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he helped me find the perfect car for me. Adam was patient and thorough in explaining all of the features and options available with the BMW i4. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything about the car, and he answered all of my questions with clarity and enthusiasm. When it came time to negotiate the price, Adam was fair and transparent, and he worked hard to ensure that I got a great deal on my new car. He made the entire purchasing process smooth and seamless, and I felt confident and comfortable throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Locke to anyone who is looking to purchase a BMW. He is an excellent salesperson who truly cares about his customers, and he goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Thank you, Adam, for helping me find my dream car!
2024 BMW iX review
I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

2024 BMW iX review
Purchased CPO 2024 and got a great deal so I didn’t pay the new car price, but WHAT A CAR! Best EV IMO but I love driving it. It’s a unique car. I initially disliked the front grill, but what’s cool is the self-healing aspect so no chips. Gets great range, and the assist pro driving is incredible. I only wish it had paddle shifters, fog lights, and handles above the door. Of course it’s overengineered as BMWs are, but it’s a great daily driver and road trip worthy. Two months in and no regrets.

Just received my Alpina B6 that I purchased sight unseen and had shipped to the East Coast. I couldn't find another B6 anywhere in the country with all of the options and a color I wanted. It is beautiful, as described. I found Horatiu to be frank and very helpful in walking me through the uncertainty of such an expensive purchase from 2500 miles away. He answered all of my questions quickly, helped set up the inspection at a local BMW dealer, made me a few extra keys for the wheels, and after the deal was done, money wired and car shipped, continued to be responsive when I had a question or needed additional paperwork. I am not a person who likes to bargain, so for me, knowing that he sets a price and sticks to it, was a definite plus! The car is currently at my BMW dealer, getting wrapped and snow tires and a few other extras, and it is getting admiring looks from customers and the BMW dealer employees. Thank you very much, Horatiu! (This review is being posted on other sites - the fact that I am bothering to do this when I never post reviews should tell you something)

East Bay BMW review
Ben is a rock star. Not only does he understand how to provide excellent, professional services. East Bay BMW overall service pricing is very competitive for the superior quality. I was not asked to repair extra stuff like other repair shops. Entire end to end process was wonder and he keep me posted as the repair took an extra day. I'm very happy with the repair and excellent service.Thank you to Josh, Amit, and rest of the team at East Bay BMW.

My husband Paul and I recently purchased a '06 Saturn ION from CarMax in Kearney Mesa. We were greeted with friendly and professional service. The purchase went smoothly and we are happy with our Saturn Ion.

CarMax PalmdaleReviews
CarMax Palmdale review
Recently I had to get a newer car and believe me I was stressed because of the situation but when I went to CarMax which this is my second car from them it was once again amazing to work with them! I had the pleasure of working with 2 amazing sales associates. Helen Mayo who was my main sales associate and Cheyeene Toliver who helped out my wife and myself when Helen was off! They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!
